I ate hear with a group of 37 people on a tour bus. The director called ahead to let them know we were on our way.The staff greeted us as we entered and began taking orders. They were all so friendly and well organized. I've been a Chic-fil-a fan for a long time with many great experiences at their restaurants. Over the last year or so, I have been gradually less impressed with their products, and this visit continued that trend. The food is not as high quality as I had become accustomed to, and even the service was just so-so. Sadly, I just don't think it still warrants the price, and find myself seeking out other food options.

since there has been a management change the customer service has dropped alot. the people are not as friendly and the few times i have gone since this change i never have a straw, utinsel or the condements. Im pretty unhappy with the change ... bring the old guys back....
