“It was my first time coming here. The waiter was patient and friendly. However, he was the only one trying to take orders, make drinks at the bar, clean the tables, and check out the customers. Which led him to not check on our table frequently. This place needs to get more staff because it got crowded, and we were left trying to figure out how to get our check, where to pay for our meals, and how to get to go boxes. But we saw people kept going up to the front counter, and we assumed that's how we get our check to pay. In which it was. But no communication prior. We had to figure this out. The waiter was so busy with other customers, so we saw to go containers behind the bar and got some to pack up our leftovers. It would have been a more pleasant experience had they had more staff to accommodate the customers. The food was good and the drinks were good. But the waiter did what he could so I don't blame him. And that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.“
“Went here this weekend and ordered 2 wings and things with traditional wings. Got all the way home, and it was no traditional wings. It was boneless chicken instead. Called and spoke with Frank, the manager, so he said he was very rude. He told me to bring the food back along with the receipt to the store, and he would switch them to traditional wings. Had I mentioned we had done made it home, it was supper cold outside, and we stayed 30 minutes away, and it wasn't our fault. We asked for a corporate number, and he refused to give it to us. And said that they would tell him he did the right thing. This is bad customer service. BEWARE or proceeds with caution of this, so he says Manager Frank at Commerce.We spoke to corporate and his manager, and they made it right. So I will change the ratings to a 5 instead of a 1. Thank you, upper management ( Corporate and Hailey), for your great customer service!“
“I ate hear with a group of 37 people on a tour bus. The director called ahead to let them know we were on our way.The staff greeted us as we entered and began taking orders. They were all so friendly and well organized. They got all of our orders right and brought the food to our tables.We were in and out of there in 45 minutes,What an amazing job this team did.All other fast food restaurants could take lessons on how to be this efficient.The manager and his team deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service.Also, I don't know why, but the chicken sandwich tasted better than any that I have ever had at any Chick Fil A !“
