“Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.“

Natalie is not only beautiful but also exceptionally attentive. She made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. I went with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and both were absolutely delicious. She also suggested I try the new Chocolate Coconut Macaroon, and I’m so glad I did—it was incredible!

“I don't usually write reviews for restaurants, but my experience today was absolutely wonderful. Danica at the front of house/drive thru was so kindhearted, patient, and bubbly. But not only that, she knew exactly what to do to fix a small problem and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I know that I would've been wonderful friends with her if I knew her outside of Zaxbys! That's the kind of people that make me enjoy an occasional fast food outing! Ps. “The night manager here is none other than Mauricio from the other Zaxby's on Textile Way. So this should tell you customer service here just went up another level. This location had good customer service and alright food when they didn't mess up your order. And now Mauricio is here. I placed a simple order, and it was accurate. I asked the cashier what happened, and she replied they had gotten a manager Mauricio.
I now recommend this location.

STAY AWAY FROM THE THOMPSON BRIDGE LOCATION...“

“I love chicfila, okay? we come through the drive thru all the time.

BUT when my hubs orders a deluxe SPICY sandwich w/ colby jack cheese
and I order a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese

whoever reads the order and puts together the sandwich puts the pepper jack cheese on the spicy deluxe…….

it has happened at least twice.

now today but hubs picked up chipotle. but took ME to cfa. so only I order a cfa deluxe sandwich which pepper jack cheese.

we get home…. and it’s a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese 🙄

this is at least the third time man….

and it’s not whoever put in the order’s fault. cuz i read it. and the order is right. the sandwiches are wrong.

not only one time. this has happened 3 times to us. at this location

“Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“
