Very friendly cashier but service can be very SLOW at least in the mornings. After about 10 minutes or so i decided 2 bagels wasnt worth the wait so i just got a refund. The guy did offer it for free which was nice but it never was about the money. Bottom line is if you are in a hurry do not order anything TOASTED.
They are definitely downgrading their ingredients. Even French Onion soup has lost the traditional flavor of Gruyère cheese. Substituting the cheese with a few crumbs/strings of mozzarella cheese. Not that interested in eating there any longer!

I took my daughter to lunch and loved how educsted the staff is in regards to allergens. The food was excellent. The tables were a little dirty, but nothing we couldn't wipe off. We were a little sad to see the bowls have been discontinued.Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable about what foods were safe for our allergies.
