Outstanding service, and the food was amazing. Chicken cooked to perfection. Coleslaw was cold and crisp.. Fries were perfect. Highly recommended location
This Zaxby's has higher prices than any other location I've ever been too, but the food is also lower quality than any other Zaxby's I've ever been to. I got old and overcooked boneless wings and soggy/limp fries. The staff, on several visits, have made it clear they don't like being there and are mostly there as a social club. The girl at the cashier was extremely friendly and nice, i ask if it was too late for dipping my tenders inside blazing buffalo and add extra wimpy sauce before i pay and she was friendly and not an ounce of attitude, very good customer service!

Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd offers excellent, professional service with a welcoming smile. The manager and staff handle large orders for parties with no hesitation, and the food is delicious. The drive-through takes orders correctly and provides hot, fresh food with a friendly smile. However, there are concerns about portion sizes, with one side of fries being only 3 ozs. The grilled chicken sandwich is often under cooked, requiring the customer to cook it longer. Cashier Nancy was super friendly, substituting coleslaw and a drink for extra French fries, and the food was piping hot and freshly-made. The five star Mr.Beast box is very enjoyable but contains a lot of calories, over the daily amount for lunch. It includes a chocolate, two pieces of bread, 4 chicken fingers, and a drink for less than $20, which is a great deal. The chicken might be more expensive due to quality over quantity.
