“Okay, so there are two Maepole restaurants in town. I go to this one most often because it is more convenient, parking is easy and plentiful.
I've always gotten super friendly service and the food is amazing. Summer is especially good because of the hibiscus lime and ginger pineapple lemonade.
Try the salads. Maybe add some tofu if you're super hungry. The crunchies are the best.
Mmmmm. Might have try crunchies on the sweet potatoes. Oh heck! Just go. The food's delicious!“

“As a busy Realtor in Athens, GA, I need a good healthier lunch location in between appointments. That is why I highly recommend the Chicken Salad Chick! There chicken salad is fresh, and they have many different flavors. I often get an extra large container of the chicken salad to take home that we enjoy at home as well.

“Cooper was the gentleman who showed our party to our seats and he was very personable and courteous - he should get a raise. As should our waitor! - I cannot recall his name, but he was a young gentleman with black curly hair. He was very nice, personable, and joked around with us a bit; he made it a very fun, light atmosphere. He checked in on us several times, but without being overbearing. When it was time to leave, he had everything ready to go for us. Although it was a semi-busy evening, we weren't left waiting on anything (table, drinks, food, to-go stuff) and our food came out so quick!! The food and the Italian margarita was delicious. Overall wonderful experience - literally NOTHING to complain about. Would definitely come here again for my next get-together and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Please give those two young men a raise - they deserve it! 😊“

“Wow! Newk's Catering is awesome! Food was delicious and the sandwiches were creative, Bundle choices were wonderful, delivery was right on time, customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Newk's (Athens) for your catering needs. Thank you, Zach and Makayla (hope I'm close on the spelling!); you both were great to work with and so helpful!“

“I had the choose 2, I got 1/2 avocado BLT and potato soup. The BLT was good but the soup didn’t have much flavor and seemed thin for potato soup.
The other person with me got the Ham & Cheese melt and said it was delicious.
The staff was nice. We spent $30 for lunch, which seemed a little high for sandwiches and soup.“

“1/16/26. Wow! What a great spot! Friendly, fast service. Super pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. The chicken parm is fantastic with the mountain of tot you get with your order. The portions were enough for lunch the next day! Sports on big monitors visible from every seat. Huge selections of beers on tap. Visit for yourself, you'll be glad you did!“

“We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“Absolutely love going to Chick-fil-A when I’m in Athens. They’re so incredible with their customer service and food quality that I sometimes get disappointed when I’m at a chick fil a location outside of Athens and they don’t hold up to my usual phenomenal Athens CFA service standard. I also love the personalized touch of the fresh flowers on the table. It makes for an enjoyable experience dining inside.“

“A smaller footprint than I’m used to, definitely more geared to to-go orders - all orders come up via the rapid pick-up window (from which food came up quickly). But still, ample room 10-15 tables of varying sizes. Very clean both in the dining room and in the bathroom. Music was great. They could use a few more outlets around the place (and the ones they currently have only have one regular plug and then two USB (not USB C) connections. Had a very pleasant interaction with staff. Food is exactly what you’d expect for Panera - never going to blow your mind but absolutely solid.“

The food was delicious and well prepared. It was definitely hot and ready when I pulled up to the window. I love the drive through lady was on point with keeping up with traffic and moving along. The line seemed long however it moved REALLY quick!“

“Went for my birthday and were blown away by the salad bar and all the delicious meats! If you have been to Fogo de Chao in Atlanta, you are in for a treat here in Athens at 1/2 the price! Service was excellent too. Will be back for sure :)“
