I used to come to this Krystal all the time between midnight-3am and always had the most amazing customer service and hot fresh food served pretty fast. Idk what it is about this location at this hour but I’ve always have an exceptionally good experience“

“Love Five Guys! However, stopped in today at the Epps Bridge Rd location in Athens, Ga and the fries were different. The were cut like huge steak fries and so they did not have the same consistency as they normally do. From what I’ve read, the fries are hand cut in house, so it seems like a weird franchise decision to stray from the well-loved original. Not saying they were awful, just not up to the usual standard of yumminess I have come to expect from Five Guys.“

On top of that, they support Firefighters and their families, along with their communities. So Firehouse, IMO, is hands down the BEST chain Sub shop out there!“

“Got the recommendation from Kaleb Dance at Bobcat of Athens as this first time eating here. Food was fresh, really good and priced right with fast friendly service. I got the steak philly with everything on it and 5 piece wings (hot) as a combo. Wings are super tiny so I wish I hadn't skipped on the fries. They were pretty busy with people coming in and out so that says a lot in my opinion. The wing flavor was perfect, not too spicy with plenty of flavor. The Philly was buttery rich and the bread was soft but held everything in place“

I waited for my food and then asked if I was at the right location.

They said that I was at a different one and took the time to still make my order.

“I got tuna kimbop and udon togo and they were both super good

-kimbop was not sweet, and the amount of seasoning was great. Like the rice was actually seasoned- not just white rice like some fake korean joints. Fillings to rice ratio was pretty good too. Only thing is that I expected tuna mayo instead of just tuna? But I feel like this is more of a preference so just an fyi

- udon had unexpected flavor, not that it was bad, just different than what I expected. Not like regular japanese udon but more of korean old fasion udon.. (가락국수 스타일!). It was tasty with hearth broth:)

Savannah was so sweet and had such a glow and happiness about her, even though her arm was in a sling. She was super sweet to me and my daughter. We were told to say that Mike was also there 😂 they seem to have good team spirit at this location. P.S. love the retro sign and we really hope that it stays forever!“

“The Krystal hamburger will always be the boom diggity....corn pups are awesome and maybe the chili cheese dog..but the prices that they charge now is ridiculous.we ordered 12 Krystals with cheese a couple drinks and 2 chips and it was over $40 ....there is no way I'm gonna pay that.....I understand everything has gone up but that's crazy. they don't have professional employees that are respectful and knowledgeable. we should be representative a lot better for the prices that they charge because that is ridiculous for just two people.

“The food is delicious however because some people have had issues with thinking their pizza was undercooked (when it wasn't. Papa John's cheese just melts differently.) they started putting the toppings under the cheese which causes them to get soggy. I remedy this by calling after placing my order online to request my toppings be on top of the cheese.“

“The food is good and it is definitely a great price. The employees are friendly and the service is always fast. The sad thing is the nastiness of the restaurant. The floor was greasy and hard to walk on, tables were dirty, the trash cans were full and only one drink machine had ice and neither one had carbonation do our drinks were flat. My belief is if a restaurant doesn't care enough to clean what customers can see why would they care to clean what we can't see such as the kitchen. I just expected more of a major chain restaurant.“

“I visited this Wendy’s today and had THE BEST fast food experience that I’ve had in years! Both drive thru workers were very kind and prompt. My food was hot and fresh! Seriously, the lettuce was very crispy and the bacon was cooked just right! And everything in my order was made perfectly!“
