Krystal has received positive reviews from recent customers. The food was praised for being fresh and hot, with one customer mentioning that it did not cause any stomach issues, which is a departure from their past experiences at other locations. The chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries were highlighted as especially good, and the service was generally friendly and accommodating, with staff going above and beyond to help, even when not required. Customers appreciated the friendly greeting from the staff and the cleanliness of the lobby, despite some mentioning that the overall cleanliness could be improved, as a pair of shoes was found in the lobby. Wheelchair accessibility was noted as easy, with wide doors making it convenient for those with mobility needs. Overall, the service, food quality, and accessibility are well-regarded by customers.
