This subway on Prince Ave is good not great. It has a nice outside area to sit if you do not mind some car traffic noise. The food is your typical subway and just comes down to the freshness of the ingredients. The service, usually are very nice and friendly but move at a snails pace even if there is a line. So do not expect to get your sub fast.
I know that people are far more likely to review negative experiences and I certainly did not expect to review my drop in to Subway today but I just wanted to acknowledge exceptional customer service. I was helped by an employee named Charles and he treated me with a lot of kindness; I hope that Charles is further compensated for his quality service!

I had a coupon and a lady told me that I wasn't supposed to order 3 sandwiches with the coupon. She was rude‼️ I didn't get her name. I knew she was being petty because another customer came on and had coupons too and nothing was said.
