“after dining at south kitchen in celebration of our second anniversary, my partner and i have found ourselves in a nearly catatonic state of euphoria. we can muster up only enough strength to write this review though, because everyone should know how good this place is.
the food and drinks were spectacular, but our service from reece really made the experience unforgettable. if serving is an art, reece is a true virtuoso.
definitely pricey, but if you have a reason to celebrate, south is well worth it. can’t wait until we can come back again!!“

She explain everything to us and how we miss the deal but thats was ok. My issue is it was hard finding parking to eat here. So beware of finding a place to park. “Every time I’ve been to the distillery, the staff has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and really good at whipping up drinks with the house made hooch. That being said, I haven’t been since they released their Jamaican style rum, but I have had the pleasure of trying said rum. It’s slightly sweet, mildly boozy, and has some really nice floral notes on the nose that blend into a boozy, yet balanced, palate when you take the first sip. A great clear rum for sipping, but a perfect rum for making a fun cocktail, this rum does everything you want a rum to do and then some. The gin is unequivocally one of the best gins ever, and the rum does not disappoint“

“To start things off, the reason I’m only giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel that there has been a drop off in the quality of Terrapin’s beer over the last year or two. Being a born and raised Georgian (North Georgia), Terrapin was one of the main breweries that hooked me into craft beer. Their limited release line was amazing for so many years. I was also able to get limited releases local from several craft beer package stores from 2009 to around 2020. Yrs, I know Covid screwed a lot of things up, but what’s crazy is I was able to get amazing beers from breweries all over the country during Covid, yet distribution of Terrapin seemed to slow and then now only the core beers are available in package stores, including no Wake-N-Bake distribution and no more Moo-Hoo in production at all! I was told you could go to the brewery and buy W-N-B, so I decided to make the almost 2 hour drive to the brewery to pick some up. Upon entering, I noticed the gift shop side and immediately saw some older limited release WNB bottles that were left over before one of their previous brewers left, which I quickly grabbed 8 or 10 bottles of them and took them to the counter to put aside for me. I also ordered a couple of their new WNB variations that are only available on draft in house. I had the Cinnamon Roll WNB, Irish Buh Bye and Cherry Garcia. They were all very good, but there was no comparison to what these variations use to be. There was almost zero Cinnamon in the Cinnamon Roll, not much Cherry in the Cherry Garcia and the best of the 3 was the Irish Buh Bye, but none of them compared to the quality of the variations from years past and to me, that’s sad considering how awesome they use to be. Still very good (not great) beer.
The brewery itself.. fantastic space and some very nice staff that was very accommodating. The place was very clean and I definitely enjoyed my time while I was there. I also learned that whatever company owns Terrapin also owns Sweetwater in Atlanta, which I also feel the quality of Sweetwater declined 6-8 years ago and I have quit drinking Sweatwater all together.
I know the craft beer scene isn’t what it was a few years ago, but I hope Terrapin’s beer doesn’t continue to decline. Again, overall.. really enjoyed myself at Terrapin and I will go again when I’m in the area, but given the lack of quality in the beers, I don’t know if it’s enough to make me want to drive back to drive just for a visit to the brewery.“

“The food and service were fantastic! The coffee wasn’t the best, but that isn’t what I went for. The staff is TOP NOTCH! Don’t go by the online menu though; it is completely outdated! I read the menu link on trip advisor when choosing the restaurant and it was very misleading. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience! Would go again!“

My husband got the creme brulee lattee, which hit, too. Service was quick, but the school was out for Christmas break so they weren't as busy. Parking is scarce but we parked in the street behind the bottle works, which was a short walk.“

I used to come to this Krystal all the time between midnight-3am and always had the most amazing customer service and hot fresh food served pretty fast. Idk what it is about this location at this hour but I’ve always have an exceptionally good experience“

“This place is doomed to fail. Ordered takeout and noticed the health rating as wife left with food. A glorious 85! Needless to say, food was tossed in the garbage and we will never return. “The assistant manager working there was absolutely amazing !! She was so helpful with our group in giving recommendations on what to do in the area. They have a cute little outdoor area with mini golf and seating. The food wasn’t bad I got just the steak quesadilla nothing special about it. Everyone else really enjoyed their food! We went around 3 so no one else was there so the food was super quick.“
