“The tomahawk steak was very impressive & definitely plenty of food for 2 people. I liked that it came with a variety of oil & butters that you can pair with your steak. We also got a free dessert since it was my birthday and i always love a good lava cake.
The ambience in the restaurant is kinda dark and they are definitely trying to resemble a fancy steakhouse vibes. I wasn’t too impressed and thought it was kinda grim looking. Doesn’t reflect on their food at all & I still really enjoyed my meal!!“

“The service was on point, fast, and very knowledgeable. The appetizers and main entrees were very elevated. The drink menu and desserts were just as elevated as well. You have to try the Blueberry 🫐 Cobbler Cheesecake. The absolute best ever. Highly Recommend and ask for Ben. He was great.“

“My wife and I always enjoy eating at the Hilltop Grille when we are in Athens. The cream brûlée is amazing. On our visit to Athens on 2/13/2026, around 11:30 AM, I had the grilled salmon. It was delicious. My wife shared a little of her coleslaw with me. I later experienced mild indigestion. The only other thing I ate all day was some freshly homemade brownies my sweet neighbor brought over. The following morning around 7 AM, I awoke with an extreme urgency to go to the bathroom. I almost didn’t make it. I had a one and done case of severe diarrhea. I am submitting this review just to see if anyone else experienced the same issue after eating after eating there that day.“

“Absolutely delicious, 11/10. Love the basil fried rice. Love the salmon. Love the avocado rolls and the pork gyoza and the sticky rice for dessert! They check IDs for pickup orders so make sure to put the order under the name of the person picking it up :) The spice level can be a little inconsistent from order to order but everything is always delicious regardless.“

“The food is so good! I love the General Tsos chicken. We tried the Garlic Sauce Shrimp for the first time, and the dish is so flavorful. My order was made well and packaged with care. 10/10 my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant in Athens :)“

“Simply amazing. Behold, the Spicy Seafood Clay Pot (or #5 under New Red Bowl Specialties on the menu)... Big fat shrimp and scallops, mushrooms, broccoli, flavorful sauce with a little bit of spice. I've yet to be disappointed with this place.
July 2026- first visit in a few years for some reason. Went with the Rainbow roll and the beef dry pot off the szchechuan menu. Amazing!“

“Wow! Have been in Athens for 9 years, all the time looking for a restaurant that makes great Egg Foo Young (grew up on it in
Cleveland OH), and here it is!! We've gotten take out here now 3-4 times, and each meal was lovely. Want extra shrimp? its in there, and they are LARGE- so nice! Want the brown, shiny gravy on your EFY? Made to perfection- just the right amount of sweet! Hubs has tried multiple meat/veg combos, all flavorful with very generous portions. Love the accommodating ethos- so happy to have found them, and will stick as long as they keep doing what they do so well. Thanks! 5*****“
