Daniel took great care of us and was very attentive to us, the food was incredible and Daniel was a very great guy. “The person behind the counter that took our order was patient, informative, and professional. We got the ceviche, calamari, and scallop tacos for lunch. Everything was seasoned well and tasted fresh. I will be coming here for seafood for now on vs the other place down the street.Overall, everything was really good.“
“Got Buffalo hot. Wings were good size and great quality chicken. Wish the wings were a little crispier. Also the sauce was just poured out of a plastic franks (or similar) jug. I'd love to see this man take it to the next level with his own home made sauces. Would be unstoppable.“
“First time trying and I enjoyed it. Had the rib plate that comes with two sides, I chose the coleslaw and Mac n cheese, garlic bread and a couple of pickle slices with onion. The Mac was not your traditional type. Instead of cheddary it was Parmesan with a hint of what I believe was dill. It was good but different so just consider that. The coleslaw was didn't have a lot of flavor. Wasn't gross or anything but I just assume eat KFC slaw. The ribs were really good. Juicy and tender. They put sauce on the side, so I was a little mixed on my feeling about that but the ribs were so good they really dont need any sauce. Probably works better for the other meats. The negatives were that parking is not very accessible. But all of downtown Gainesville is like that, so not much can be done. If you're lucky you can get a spot in front on the side of the street. They could use two improvements though. A couple of more side item additions and a two or three meat combo platter. I believe this is the only BBQ place I've been to that doesn't. They could add one and easily charge up for the single meats were not crazy priced. I will eat there again if in the area. The place is also bigger on the inside than it looks from outside.“
“So glad Scott's has reopened! We had a 5:45 reservation for dinner last night. The place looks fantastic! The salad and entrées were so incredibly delicious. The service was great as always. Love the ambience. The new bar looks nice and before dinner drinks were good too! Looking forward to going back.“

“The restaurant had an amazing view & live music. It is pet friendly. It was very packed & had to wait an hour just to be seated. Once we ordered our food, it came out fairly quick (was so hot & fresh). My fish tacos were so good, but the frozen lava flow topped it all. It was delicious!! It's a little pricey (expected). If I'm back in town, I'll for sure come back for a second round.“
“The food was decent, just like any other red lobster that I've been too, as well as the atmosphere, but the service? The service was phenomenal, Our server was Kira, she was very patient, energetic, and the one of the friendliest souls, that my family's encountered! My daughter was a huge fan, Kira was so sweet with her and made us feel very welcomed! She even let my daughter keep the pen she had, because she thought it was cute! Kira deserves well more than 5 stars, but sadly that's all I was allowed to go up to!! Thank you again Kira!“
“The food and service and ambience is great. A lot of times they have entertainment and singers the people that own the place. Toney is fantastic people who care about every person there he supports our police in our military with a big banquet to raise money for them. They are worth spending your money at it all goes to great causesand Toney and his wife work there opening hour to closing hour making sure everything is right for the customers. I have to go there at least once a week the grouper sandwiches, huge and fantastic and Skogee sauce taste so good.5 star“
“This place ROCKS! I've been to many seafood wholesalers that really smelled of strong seafood...this place did not. It was very clean and tidy. The restroom was very clean. As we waited for our food, which was prepared, breaded, and fried right in front of us, a worker was wiping down glass display fronts as well as table and counter tops. The cashier who took our order was the most pleasant lady. All of these things are great but not why I came...I wanted good food and I was not disappointed. My fried shrimp was amazing; perfectly seasoned and cooked - no rubbery shrimp. The sauces were to-die-for. My wife's grilled shrimp was just as good. We will be back. Thank you for a great meal.“
