Love Five Guys! However, stopped in today at the Epps Bridge Rd location in Athens, Ga and the fries were different. The were cut like huge steak fries and so they did not have the same consistency as they normally do.
From what I’ve read, the fries are hand cut in house, so it seems like a weird franchise decision to stray from the well-loved original.
Not saying they were awful, just not up to the usual standard of yumminess I have come to expect from Five Guys.

Went there Sunday and really enjoyed the food. They don't hold anything back on the burgers or fries. Fresh cut fries are hard to beat. Excellent burger as well.They even had sweet tea.

Five Guys is a restaurant that pays attention to customer requests, such as not including cheese as requested. The staff went above and beyond to make a young boy's birthday dinner special. However, there were issues with the freshness of bacon and wheelchair accessibility at the location. Prices received mixed feedback. The restaurant is flat and does not have steep areas, but could improve wheelchair access with automatic doors.
