Placed mobile order. Speaker 'sorry system is down you have to come inside' so we did. Where the manager eyeballed us second in line, took the order in front of us, then proceeded to go talk about getting her nails done with the lady dropping fries for several minutes. McDonald's offers good food with accommodating service, despite some issues with management. The restaurant is conveniently located near I-85 and outlet stores. Customers can order at the counter, kiosk, or drive-thru. The steak big breakfast was a hit, although one steak was initially disappointing. The lack of proper cutlery, only spoons available, was a major inconvenience that affected the overall dining experience. Recently, the restaurant has been praised for its cleanliness, bright decor, and fast service, with customers noting the drive-thru window is convenient. The food quality remains high, with the Quarter Pounder and fries receiving special mention for their flavor and freshness. Staff are described as friendly and courteous, providing top-notch service even close to closing time. The location has been a bit tricky to access due to road changes, requiring a U-turn at a nearby red light. Overall, visitors leave satisfied, appreciating the clean environment, good parking, and consistent food quality.
