Commerce is the BEST Starbucks! They have the friendliest employees and never have I been disappointed in my drink. I also want to give a BIG shoutout to Callie, she is one of the sweetest, most attentive young ladies! Starbuck’s is lucky to have her and all of the other employees in Commerce! The store is clean, the ambiance is very nice, and the drive-through is quick and polite. The cold brew with sugar-free vanilla syrup was prepared just right. However, other reviews mention the manager has an attitude and doesn’t know how to treat customers well. While there are a couple great baristas who are kind and friendly no matter how crazy busy it is, a few baristas just have an attitude. Drinks are sometimes right and sometimes not, based on who is making them. Certain baristas repeatedly get it wrong. The food seems freshly cooked and raging hot, with chow mien and Mongolian beef being very good, though the general Taos chicken wasn't spicy enough. Overall, experiences vary from an amazing, great experience with friendly staff and management to inconsistent service and drink quality.
