Just ridiculous. 30 minutes standing waiting for a plain pikes peak coffee. Cmon. No- sorry, we’re busy, no nothing. Just - oh well. Grab coffee at a gas station. Save $3 and a half hours time.

It's a small space, all the tables were dirty. And the waiting time was too long. It's a good place to order at a self-service. But not recommended to work or sit and have coffee there.

Even giving this place 1 star is a stretch. The Baristas are rude, they close the lobby randomly, they never get your order right in drive through...if you complain ...they roll their eyes at you... don't even think they actually have a manager...After trying to get coffee one early morning because the line was nailed around building and everywhere a car could possibly block the entrance, once I got in parking lot, I discovered the had the lobby closed due to "staffing issues'...it's actually called "incompetent management"Dunking will be getting my coffee business from now on

This is the worst starbucks i’ve been to. Every time I try to order the drink I’ve ordered for a year now, it is never comes out right. It always tastes completely gross and is made totally wrong!! If you’re in the area wanting Starbucks, go to the one in Ingles just a few minutes away from this one. Always tastes great there and usually cheaper as well.

Very disappointed!! Not only me but many of my coworkers. We are on a work trip and would love to have coffee in the morning before we leave but this place tends to close their lobby every other day. Not only did they lose a lot of business, but it is very unprofessional.

Way too busy and not enough staff. Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 coffee to go. Only 3 staff working with a large crowd. Get more staff. Coffee were as expected, and while harried staff were friendly. Very busy location, still needs a few more folks to help out this friendly but rushed crew.

Coffee was great and always is! The food was overpriced for the quality delivered...a sad skinny breakfast sandwich with little flavor. The line did move quickly and the staff was delightful, though in the future, I will stick strictly to coffee for maximum value.

I have always gone to this Starbucks since it's close to my grocery store and the interstate. I've never had a complaint until now since this is now the 7th time that my latte tastes burnt. A few months ago I ordered my regular vanilla latte with however many extra pumps of vanilla that I felt like having that day. And during those times my latte was perfect and didn't taste burnt at all. Then I guess the barista that doesn't burn the espresso beans either quit or doesn't work on the days that I go here but this has been the 7th time my drink has tasted burnt and I add extra pumps of whatever flavor to avoid that thinking oh even if they let the espresso machine run too long it'll be fine because I've added so many pumps .... NOPE. and it's a shame bc the Starbucks in CORNELIA doesn't burn lattes. And I hate that this is the only Starbucks that I have this issue with. Then if you order a breakfast sandwich they throw that thing in their little oven with no care in the world how mishandled your food is. So I mean paying $12 and some change for a burnt latte and a mishandled breakfast sandwich that you have to put back together when they give it to you is just ridiculous. I will not ever be coming back to this Starbucks at this location.
