We didnt know crystals were made with mustard. So 24 pack had mustard, the crew working had no problem making us a new batch without mustard. And they are delicious!
I actually didn't eat here I was at the store next to it. But since it pulled up on my contribute page I thought I would leave a comment about it. I don't eat Krystal. I don't eat fast food so eat it at your own risk
Staff was super friendly. I placed a very large complex order, we wanted to try almost everything, and it was perfect

Krystal is a great place with excellent service and delicious food. The two gentlemen working there do an outstanding job. Customers are welcomed by a very professional and kind staff, creating a great experience. The smell of the Krystal cheeseburgers with onions is simply amazing. Whether someone is a regular or visiting from out of town, Krystal is a must-visit for a quick and tasty meal. Many customers say they always stop there for their #1 with extra cheese, extra condiments, and sweet tea, and the food is consistently good. Although the restaurant may look a bit dated and could use some TLC, the food and service remain outstanding. Customers have found the burgers and fries to be piping hot, fresh, and delicious, making it a favorite for those craving Krystal's signature taste. The staff, including the helpful register assistant, goes out of their way to make every visit a good experience. Krystal continues to be a popular spot for a quick, flavorful meal that keeps customers coming back.
