We took my granddaughter to Chick-fil-A for her 10th birthday with no prior arrangements with the restaurant. We brought a cake in and ordered food. The restaurant not only gave us ice cream to go with the cake, the Chick-fil-A cow paid us a visit. Absolutely wonderful.
Had a few bad days and today I got lunch here soup was hot hot just how I like it the food was packaged well and Owen i think his name was saw it on my face a did something really nice for me and I appreciate him for that. He made my day. One love brother, God bless you. I wrote this before I left after one sip of the soup. I had to commend his hospitality and kindness.
Employees were very nice in the store. However, I did not get one item of my pickup order. Did not realize it until I was an hour down the road as we were just passing through. Tried to call the store as advised by the Chick-fil-A website. Reached the voicemail of the store and was then hung up on when it told me to leave a message. Next step was to complete the online survey about my order. Did that, never got my coupon for a sandwich that they say you will get. I get it, mistakes...
