My husband ordered the country fried steak. It was soggy, nothing like Cracker Barrel in the past. I ordered the pinto beans because in the past they had been fresh cooked dried beans. These were out of a can. The biscuits when I inserted my fork to open had grayish/green specks where the fork tongs had touched. Then I noticed when paying I had a gray smudge on my left index finger and palm where I held the fork to eat my food. So I’m not sure what I may have ingested from that fork. It was definitely not a good experience for $38.00. Our waitress was wonderful though.

This was the best Cracker Barrel experience I have had. I'm not sure if it was the location because it was my first visit to this Cracker Barrel but the food was extra good. The staff were friendly, fast, and accomodating.

Tonights service with server Angel and Manager LeAnn was the worst I ever had at any CB. Server brought out raw cornbread twice. Brought wrong drink wrong sides and did not arrempt to apologize. Had attitude when explained the issue and laughs while talking with the manager about the issue. Although LeAnn did offer to make things right. There was nothing more that could be done. If anything is done with Angel, education on being a server needs to be better explained. We Only come to town to visit family. The busser and kitchen worker were more professional then the both of them. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the kitchen worker or the busser.

Service was good. Food portions were not very big, never brought out cornbread or biscuits before our meals. Was told 25-minute wait. Ended up waiting an hour then waited another hour for our food

First most, I wanna say thank you to all the employees that worked this Thanksgiving. The meal was good as always, never have had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. The only thing I can say bad or that could be changed would be to downsize your gift store and make access to your dining area easy for those that are on walkers. There’s not enough room with all the stuff.

The food is always amazing. The waitstaff was very attentive and went out of their way to help and anticipate our needs, even though it was a packed house on a game day.
