My family and I were on a road trip heading to Texas with my husband two kids and our dog. The owner took our order and he took the time to repeat it back to us to make sure everything was correct. When we pulled up to the window the person at the window offered our dog a pup cup of ice cream and the owner who was standing right there insisted on giving our kids two free ice cream vones. It was a great interaction and the owner was very friendly and nice and so was his employee. The food was also very good. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely make it a point to stop by and support this DQ.

The girl at the register that took my order and made my blizzard did an awesome job.
I told the shift manager that the floor in the lobby was slippery and should be remapped with hot soapy water she told the manager and he came out and told me it was not slippery that my shoes are just slippery and I told him these are brand new shoes alberton restaurant business for over 10 years I know what I'm talking about and he was just rude and by looks of it this isn't the only time that he's been rude to a customer.
I was just trying to prevent somebody from slipping and falling I wasn't trying to make a big deal out of it but he did. I assume that he was wearing shoes for crews

I will start off that only this time deserves this rating! We have gotten 2 sause n tossed baskets and a hot dog kids meal no bun every time we come thru and it had been so good that we WANT to come back to this one. This time tho and I just left (7-2-25 at 1:45 pm cause I know the owner will see this and know who was working in the kitchen) IT WAS HORRIBLE. Hard chicken barely covered in sause and enough fries in the baskets to belong in a kids meal! For the price of these baskets this is shameful, it doesn't leave me with that usual feeling of HECK YEA let's go to DQ!
I was disappointed with our visit. I expected more energy and better food like I'm used.

Food was fine. Restaurant lobby closes at 9:30, and we arrived at 9:15 to pick up an order that we had already placed online. So we didn't use any time ordering and it would only take a few minutes to eat. At 9:29 my husband was on his last bite of food and we were gathering up our trash to leave when an employee came over to tell us that the lobby was now closed. Okay, we chuckled, we're literally eating the last bite now. Then almost immediately a second employee comes out and tells us again that they are closed. I looked at my watch - 9:30 on the nose. C'mon, Dairy Queen, really? Anyone could see we were about to leave. There was no need to rush us out; we would have been out by 9:35 on our own. Silly and unnecessarily rude. Let your customers finish their meal in peace.

Probably the best fast food burger I have ever had! The bun looked just like pictures of food... and it was fresh! The burger was just the right temperature when I got it and had the perfect amount of ketchup, mustard and pickles for me. The franchise owner was at the window helping the girl that worked the drive thru and he made sure I was happy before I pulled away. He actually kinda made my day because he was so nice. The way the road is set up, it's a little difficult to get into from the wrong direction but absolutely worth the effort! This may be my new food stop when I go from FL to GA and back.
