Fireball Wings & Philly

I have been feeling very sick. We actually stopped at the store next door to this facility to use the restrooms. I was hoping to find a fountain drink stand because I just needed a cup of ice. The store only had bottles. I went next door to the wing restaurant. I told the lady I've been sick, and I asked if I could buy a cup of ice. The lady was so kind and generous. She handed me a styrofoam go cup with a lid and did not charge me for the ice. Honestly, I could not thank her enough for being a good samaritan. If we are ever back in this area I will be stopping at this restaurant to purchase some food. Please, support this business

My sister and I decided to stop by this place. It's our first time and we are not from here. The food and service is excellent! We enjoy eating our food and watching TV. It was very nice! Please stop by there!

Whenever I go it’s always a called in/pickup order and I’ve always had quick and excellent experience not to mention their food is delicious, their peach lemonade is godly and their wing flavor options is endless.

I love this restaurant The food is great but today, the cashier (younger light skinned guy wearing glasses) just did not not have the best customer service. He seemed to have an attitude and very uninterested in his job, when we asked for sauce that was supposed to already come with our food, he just threw them in the bag loud enough for them to make a thunk sound, with no care if the lids stayed on or not.

The food is fresh

Tge lady at the cash register is really nice and works hard and is very accommodating. But I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. My burger wasn't completely done and french fries were not crispy nor were the onion rings. I don't know what's happened to this place but the food is nothing like it use to be. This use to be one of my favorite places to get food but the last few times I've gotten food from here, it hasn't been good. My burger also had one shriveled up tomorrow cut so thin I couldn't even tell it was on there. I had to look to see.

This food is definitely good. But when I went today the young Hispanic guy gonna tell me that he didn’t like I wanted to the fries so he didn’t ask when I asked for a combo. You are charged 3.00 for a combo and he assumed that I didn’t want it. When I asked for a combo in which it states on the menu that a combo includes fries and a drink. He assumed that I didn’t want the fries when combo clearly means drink and fries in which it states it on the menu. Then he gonna tell me I can buy fries. This is very misleading and bad service. When the Asian guy rung me up a few weeks ago I got the same thing and it included fries. Please you go please be specific as I feel cheated out of my money. This isn’t a good reflection of a place with such high ratings. I won’t be back unless the Asain guy rings me up. His service is better anyway.
