I made an online order last night 7 sandwiches, 2 sides of gravy, soup and mac n cheese. They left off the 2 gravy, mac n cheese, ice cold cheese not melted just sprinkled on top. Sandwiches we good but I'm sure the gravy we paid for would have made them better and my grandson said mac n cheese not being cooked or at least warm with melted cheese was disappointing. Money doesn't come free, I know mistakes are made, but check your order before handing it off to customer...

As always, the food was FANTASIC! Firehouse is and always will be my FAVORITE sub shop! I placed a mobile order and was there at the time it was set to be ready, but had to wait for about 15 min to actually get mt sandwich. They seemed to have a couple of fairly large online orders they were working on, but they had several employees working, so I was a littke surprised I had to wait quite that long.
