went there not too long ago, they said I had to wait for salted pretzel bites which I was okay with, and the staff was super friendly and even gave us a free drink for the wait! don't think I could've had a better experience, and the pretzel bites were delicious!
The staff was very sweet and kind the manager was extremely sweet i ordered a cake and got there and the manager was decorating it I did not mind waiting a few min because cakes take more then just a second to make and they were working extremely hard to make sure things where done correct they are under new management and have turned the store around a full 360 from when I was in here before I definitely will be bringing my family back and can not wait to see there smiling faces...
Best. Sugar cookies. Ever. The cookies are so soft and moist. This is a place that as soon as you walk in, the smell of cookies baking gives one a sense of nostalgia. It always reminds me of home, and other Great American Cookies locations that were always buzzing with business in malls when I was a kid. Whenever I have an opportunity, I will always stop by to get some delicious treats from here!
