I normally have a good experience, but today’s order was atrocious. Ordered the 5-piece Blackened tender combo with mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my sides. Normally, this combo is delicious and I look forward to it but tonight I don’t know what was going on. The tenders are absolutely drenched in seasoning - like it’s literally fried seasoning with a hint of chicken. The mashed potatoes are mushy fries for some reason. Lastly, I asked for blackened ranch as my dipping sauce and received no dipping sauce at all. Very disappointing.

I went to the popeys in Commerce GA and the cashier/server Isaiah was awesome 👌. He was very courteous, friendly, patient and welcoming and had service with a smile. I have been to this popeyes many times before and had stopped coming back but this is the first time that I have had such a wonderful service/ experience. I would give this popeyes a 10/10 because of the service I received from Isaiah the cashier/server. Thank you, Isaiah.

Sit in the line forever! I got there at 8:45 and had already paid on the mobile app. I was pulled forward as asked until 9:45 going on 10 oclock. Until I reversed back and saw that my order had been sitting on the counter. I had to knock on the window and ask if that was mine. That is when I finally got my food. Needless to say it was cold. Wasn't even busy or anything just 2 cars in the line. I was mind boggled about the care they took here. Running all around in the kitchen but nothing was being done I guess.. Been working on my patience but that day I wish I would have waited to work on my patience and I would've probably got my food faster.

We ordered two #3’s and waited over 15 minutes to receive our food. There was also a car in front of us that still didn’t receive there food even after we left they were still waiting.
