I've been coming to this location only recently because I've got family in Commerce. This location is quite possibly my favorite one. The drinks are ALWAYS consistently great. I don't ever get the same drink and it taste drastically different like other locations I've been at. The employees are always nice and courteous and the store is just clean. The ambiance is also very nice. I'll be continuing to come to this location even if I bypass several on my way to commerce.

My go to Starbucks, has my order ready within 3-7 mins, I just place the order on my phone, grab and go. They are very understanding and will work with you for any special request, if they can make it happen they do. Love the warm welcome and politeness with every order

Before Covid this Starbucks was amazing from the customer service to the food now I can’t say the same! The customer service sucks, the employees always appear not to want to be at work, and they are rude! Some don’t even say thank you! I even have stock in Starbucks please get the crew before Covid because the new employees do not want to work there! If I could have given zero I truly would have!
