Servers were friendly, personable yet not intrusive which is a difficult mix that they have mastered. “I had the incredible pleasure of the Miller Union experience last Saturday. I run a small nonprofit meal ministry program in Gwinnett and I am a colleague of your Executive Pastry Chef's mother. Being from industry, but now serving in a different manner, I must say how satisfying it is to know that considering the major challenges presently in the restaurant industry, you have built a culture of service, professionalism, precision and family that is simply impossible to find. You were flawless on that night. I claimed time out of my busy schedule to treat myself, I didn’t have a reservation but was granted the best seat in the house, at the bar, on the corner, right at the service area next to the ticket stabber and the printer. You might ask, why that seat was so great... well, for the first time in 35 years I had no responsibilities being that close to the start and finish of an order. I knew I was in the right place to do something I'd never done before and that was to take my hands off the wheel and allow the environment to take control. I asked, who I believed to be the Sommelier (sorry can't recall his name)to order for me. Of course he would line me up with the best wines without sacrificing my mortgage payment, lol by my request, but I kept eyeballing those Sailor's Greetings passing by and had to inquire. The Bartender was "straight fire" and gave me the scoop... a reduction of muscadine wine!!!! WHAT!!! Anyway, the Pork Belly, the Field Pea and Peanut Salad, all amazing. When it came to the entree I had to pump the breaks on the house choice... I saw Collard Greens with the Pork Loin... being born and raised in the South, I had to know. The moment of truth, Wow! Okay I had to look this... Unicorn in the eyes. Now it's Saturday night so I didn't expect Chef Steven Satterfield to be present but low and behold, he was there. I couldn't see him because he was doing what he was supposed to be doing... Driving the Bus! So after an awesome experience thus far and a visit from who I believe was the FOH Maestro, Neal MaCarthy, it was on to the reason I was there… to experience the offerings of Chef Claudia Martinez. Her team did not disappoint. Again I left it up to the BOH and BAM!!!...the Doughnuts!!! Just phenomenal. So I wrapped up and called for my car and on my way out I was saluted by GM Vince Landi and informed Chef Satterfield had a moment and he was kind enough to greet me. Needless to say, I was honored and proud of know our industry's best days are ahead of us. Thank you Miller Union and Chef Satterfield for a night to remember and for continuing to carry the torch. “Had a wonderful experience with my husband at Bread & Butterfly this morning/afternoon for brunch! Food was amazing, atmosphere was inviting and service was impeccable!!! Highly recommend this restaurant and even got to talk directly with the owner/head chef Bill! If you are in the area or even if not make the drive, it will be well worth it!!! Neighborhood where it is located, Inman Park, is very nice as well with lots of walk-ability and less than 2 miles from downtown Atlanta, so make it a day or weekend trip.”

Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day and day of the week. Metered spots in the area are free on Sundays and holidays.”

“Heard so many good things about this place so I decided to come check it out and I’m so happy I did! Tried the grinder sandwich, melon salad and house brewed coffee for lunch while I worked in the back patio. The generous sized sandwich was super flavorful with different cuts of meat and the melon salad was unique and very refreshing. The atmosphere of this place is so cute. Loved the open kitchen concept. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back for their dinner service!”
