Tried to order breakfast, however, the employees were outside on the curb smoking.. they refused to take orders even though store is open. I'll never come back and I'm going to a different store. This is very bad business.

5 Wendy’s workers standing outside. Pulled in drive thru nobody answered or came to the window. Clean house get people that actually, what’s at work. 8:10 pm 8/1/2024 if you are the owner of this business everyone should loose there job including The manager that is allowing this type of behavior
Don't go to this place! Dirty, lazy employees. If I owned it, I would fire everyone and shut the doors!
If I could give 0 stars I would! The service is absolutely atrocious!! How do you give someone the wrong food and have an attitude. Then I was on lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer to get the correct order. This was after being in drivethru for 15 minutes. The lack of customer service is deplorable. Called corporate and have yet to hear from them either!! Shut the doors immediately!

I did a door dash order. The first person came to pick up my food cancelled because they were taking to long for the order. The second person came and the food was ready it took them a hour to get my food ready when it said 24 minutes, which I know it can change. The food was cold and not tasty at all. This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the city of Atlanta. The customer service is trash. The food is absolute trash! I was told to pull around to the door because they didn’t want to go over the wait time. It was 11 pm at night, and there was no one waiting on line behind me. The young lady says “oh you didn’t hear what I said?” They are the most ghetto. If management, or the owner can’t get things in shape here, please just shut it down! I’m asking for a boycott of this location. I refuse to spend my money here anymore!

every time ive come here they didn't answer at the drive thru
This is the very first time that my burgers were not served hot! I pass two Wendy's to come to this location because I never had to ask for freshly fried fries and burger.. but when I got my food, I had to give it back! Let's get on point! Conley!!! Orange frosty is the bomb!

I placed a mobile order. The drive thru associate was helpful, but there must be a lack of communication. I received attitude with my order as well as incomplete. Which really made the other associate mad. Don't make your issue the customer issue.Have a Gr8 Day!!!!
