“I went here twice in the same week to see if my experience would change the 2nd time around. Both times that I went, I ordered the chicken & waffle and was told that my wait would be about 10-15 minutes. I would end up waiting closer to the 40-50 minute mark both times, just for a single waffle and piece of chicken. It also seemed like people who ordered after me all got their food before I did. The food itself was really good so I’d still give it four stars, but I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.”

“BoccaLupo is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta, hands down. Incredible food, inventive cocktails and the best service. I love that there are mainstays on the menu I can always count on (shout out Black Spaghetti) but they also frequently update the menu with seasonal ingredients. And a new chef's tasting menu every night! Reservations are hard to get but try going early to grab a seat at the bar. Connor will take excellent care of you. Enjoy!”

“Food, service and atmosphere were excellent! I didn't have the fresh oysters but my bf did and he said he was surprised how fresh and good it tasted. I had the blue crab legs (boiled and chilled so it was served cold with some sort of mango garlic vinaigrette?) and omg, I loved it so much. I didn't expect it to taste that good. The trout was perfectly cooked and the skin was crisp. The caramelized sweet potatoes were divine. The spinalis steak was tender and the onion ring that came with it has a really good flavor and texture. Very happy with everything.”

“I had the pleasure of dining at Lazy Betty last night and I can not begin to tell you how wonderful the meal was. The attention to detail in the preparation and service was above the norm. Servers were friendly, personable yet not intrusive which is a difficult mix that they have mastered. “Went here with some people going on my next group trip and the service was great, food was tasty and the drinks were stiff. Went for brunch, may go back and check out the dinner vibes. The atmosphere was giving girls night out or date night, really cute. My friend had an allergy and someone came over to ensure she wasn’t eating the food ordered that had her allergy. Over and above and that was appreciated. Everyone enjoyed their meal and took food to-go. Good sign!”

I love places like this. Filled with locals and they put so much love into the food. The inside and outside looks like this place was built in the 70s and has been kept together with stickers.

On my first visit, I sat at the bar area and ordered the comfy chicken biscuit. Open faced biscuit loaded with chicken strips and country gravy. The gravy has a ton of sausage in it. Food is inexpensive and loaded with flavor. I want to try everything on the menu.

On my second visit, I sat at the bar and ordered the chicken sandwich and chocolate chip pancake. The pancake is covered in powder sugar and tastes amazing. Perfect balance of firm and soft. The chicken sandwich is simple yet good. Chicken strips on Texas toast with ranch, spinach, and tomato.”

However, last night was super special because I took my young adult relative out for dinner and it felt super special to take them to Miller Union. Tried the grinder sandwich, melon salad and house brewed coffee for lunch while I worked in the back patio. The generous sized sandwich was super flavorful with different cuts of meat and the melon salad was unique and very refreshing. The atmosphere of this place is so cute. Loved the open kitchen concept. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back for their dinner service!”
