You have to show your text or order upon arrival.Only a few people allowed inside at a time. Order was finished fast. My Philly was falling apart due to all the juice from the meat. My fries weren't in a container but a bag so they weren't crispy or hot. They overcharge your card I guess as a precaution.

My wife and I have been going to this location for 20 years Last week we received food that was poor quality at best, when we called to inform them we were met by rude unprofessional service by the cook. My wife asked for the manager who knows her very well, that the problem would be corrected. Today my wife placed an order and when reminded of the previous order....she was told she should have come back that day. After 20 years of being loyal customers this type of treatment is unforgettable . We will never entertain hole in the wall again. Think before you place an order we an establishment that does not care about your business.

If no stars was a thing they would have it. Piss poor service. Placed a to go order over the phone, they said it will be ready in 15. Arrived in 15-20min they said they are no longer making orders. We also placed an in store which they partially fulfilled. And just said oh well we don't have no more after charging the card and didn't even reimburse
Very rude. Ordered food, got home, and my wings tasted old. I called and told them I wanted my wings done over because they tasted old. Before I could even finish my sentence she said “no. You bring them back & we’ll give refund.” Very bad customer service.
