I want to greatly impress on anyone reading this review just how bad the customer service is at this Applebee's. Not only did our waitress not say her name (but trust me, you'll know her if you eat there and she's working), she wasn't kind, sweet, or even friendly. I'm from Miami and I'm used to that (unfortunately). What bothers me is her full-on, downright annoyance of having to do her job. It's obvious she should not be in the customer service field. In fact it seemed like all the employee hung out in the back corner rolling napkins for all the invisible customers that they all can't wait to be annoyed with. Food was hot and salty, but I could deal with that. Honestly, it could have been hot garbage and I would have still been more disgusted by the general apathy and malaise of the workers.
P.S - Owner please save me the copy and paste comment like all your review comments...do yourself and the neighborhood a favor by shutting down and recommend your workers get work at the DMV where they belong!!!

I placed an online order and when I received it, ranch had spilled all over the boxes and bag. I cleaned the boxes myself and went back in to ask them for more condiments since the bag was soggy. I’d ordered the mini cinnamon rolls. I didn’t want to wipe off the icing since the bag was awful. I’d also asked for the Carmel since I noticed it wasn’t in the bag as well. The lady working the door had a nasty attitude. Rolling her eyes and making loud comments in regards to me when she’d walked in the back to ask them for icing and caramel . As if somehow I’d made the mess myself when I grabbed the bag and walked a few steps to my car. Not to mention the cinnamon rolls are harder than southern cracklings. I ordered the trio and the put the wings in the same box with the quesadillas with so much sauce that I got slop for quesadillas. Spent 30 plus dollars for a hot mess. How the hell the food and the service a mess and the dining room is closed since they only taking online orders.
Update: I went back cause I was still hungry and aggravated. Didn’t want to waste $30. I was so glad an older gentleman with dreads helped me and fixed my order and I didn’t have to deal with the rude lady at the counter. She did bring out the order he corrected. Instead of handing it to me like she did the first time, she sat it on the shelf by the door and walked off. Smh. I never understood why the people with worst attitudes work in customer service environments. Why work there if you don’t like it.

We took our day program of adult with intellectual disabilities for lunch today and everyone had a great time. We had a total of 24 people and Caitlin along with the rest of the staff was awesome. From the moment we walked in the door we felt catered to. Service was to point for such a large group, and everyone was accommodating to our needs.

We got the 2 gor $25 deal. I got the grilled cheese hamburger and it was delicious 😋 . My wife got the chicken tenders dinner. We had enough to take home for leftovers.

Our waitress was Caitlin B. She was super sweet and she did a great job juggling all the tables she had. She made my day better because those people out there shopping are sour pusses!! Great food as always!

Every person in the servers section was complaining. We went in with a great additude with understanding maybe she’s new. First we witness server getting mad at the hostess for trying to help ( she did not get drinks after being seated for multiple minutes at another table). Then a different server brings us a different tables food. But then we watch our original server yell and get mad at the other lady for trying to help her. Then got over charged on our drinks trying to state we ordered extra shots. Did not. Did I also mention I was here for THREE HOURS. To the point we waited for our check and refund of the drinks for 15 minutes. First, the server treating her co workers poorly is terrible atmosphere and then to overcharge us and then argue with us. And take over 20 more minutes to even bring us our fixed check to sign. We just left. Our total should be 52.72.

Do not I repeat, Do not eat here. This location is a scam. After eating here and swiping my card only here I received charges for over $200 in Cash App payments. I understand it is the holidays and times are hard but this location is stealing money from their customers. Please check your account. They have card information swipers on site.

Ok! APPLE 🍎 FAMILY!!! This was THE BEST location thus far! I’ve tried 3 in one day and just walking in on a Sat afternoon I was greeted & seated! Shaterra was the absolute hostess with the mostes! The food was hot, the drinks was lit 🔥 and the overall service was amazing!!!! I’ll be back!!!

I waited over 30 minutes and no one even took my order. I will not ever come back here again. I asked for a manager, when she came to the table, it was even worst. She didn't offer me a drink, water or anything. She appeared to be afraid or something. I just got in my care and left. I am so angry & mad 😠 😡 😤.

I am a food and beverage director of a major marriott property, so you should understand that I do know what restaurants service should look like. You the owners should either close this location or fire the whole staff. I sat for 40 minutes with only 3 tables having any guests and not one time did any the servers or the manager approached our table. The one server was to busy arguing with a guest while the others just either continue to roll silver ware and the others sat around on there phone. I dare my staff at my hotel to treat our guests like that.

My family and I dined in today. When we came in the restaurant didn’t have a lot of people but it took about 10 minutes to get seated. When we finally got seated our sever canne and take drink orders but since it took her another 10 minutes to come get our drink orders we went ahead to order entrees as well. There were 7 of us and 5 of us ordered water and even that took 15 minutes to get water and we only got 4 cups not 5. After waiting for about 40 minutes we called a different waitress to ask about the remaining drinks and our meals. They claimed some of the meals were ready but not all so we asked to bring what was ready. Multiple meals had fries as a side and they said the fries weren’t ready. I ordered a burger and the meat had no salt (nothing at all). The food was so bland that I couldn’t eat it so I asked them to take it back and take it off the bill. They waitress (named Sheila I think) was so rude she had an excuse for everything. She claimed since she does not cook the food she is not responsible for the long wait time so j asked what about our drinks and she claimed she had another table to serve and she usually does to go orders so this is not her job. Every answer from her came with her rolling her eyes at us. It’s safe to say I am not coming back.
