I hadn’t been to an Applebees in over 10 years so I was excited to visit. My excitement turned into disappointment when me and my Party of 3 got our food…my daughter had the chicken fingers and I had the shrimp which both looked like they were fried on old oil, one of my friends said the croutons in her salad were stale, and my other friend would not even eat the bowl she had…
We were there on a Saturday at noon and we were 1 of 3 groups of people there! I can see why. I suggest overhauling this spot and working on improving the customer experience or closing it down.

Very poor manager. I went inside to place an order for a burger and oriental salad ( not knowing it was 2 for $25 at the time) I order a beer to wait on my food, I notice the 2 for $25 i ask the bartender, if I can get the 2 for $25 instead. She informed me that she cannot do that. So i asked for a manager and she said that they cannot change the order? So I pay for my beer and cancel my order and left. Now what is going to happen to the burger and salad i just canceled? I don't understand why they couldn't just ring in a 2 for $25 if they didn't wait to void.

I'm new to this area and has the experience of eating here tonight 8/2/25. If it wasn't for the server ELYSA this would've been the WORST Applebee's experience ever. The food was horrible. I witnessed 3 families walk out. Sent 2 items back just to get poor food again. ELYSA tried her best to make the situation better. But it was too far gone. She mentioned the GM was in the restaurant. This has to be very poor leadership. 250.00 wasted. But I'll never return to this restaurant. Maybe Chilli's is the better choice.

Walked in not busy at all, a few servers were sitting at a table chatting. Two people said we would be right with you and we were seated at a table in the bar area. The server in that area was talking to their table then got seated two people at the bar , at this point we have not been helped at all. The server stopped talking to that table and helped the guys at the bar. We were never helped . We got up and walked out. No one said anything to us.

Literally the worst restaurant ever. The wait time was ridiculous and it wasn’t even busy. Food was terrible didn’t eat some sent it back and still got charged. A drink was spilled we had to find paper towels to clean it up. Our server was MIA but had the nerve to point out the tip portion on the bottom of the check. Will never return. Hopefully I wont get diarrhea from what I did eat. Worst service ever.
The minute you walk in the smell of mildew is very strong . The service was horrible and extremely slow . Will never return waste of time and money. Do not eat here!
