This was the worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. I had to flag down the server for a beverage (we got no refills), to order, and to get the check. They didn’t bring everything we ordered. The salad I ordered was mediocre at best. Very horrible experience. Also, the place was almost empty with 4-5 servers working.
Late night staff is usually very limited, but the servers have always been friendly. The food was served quickly and came out hot and as ordered. I would recommend changing their half-price apps to start at 9 instead of 10 like other Applebee's locations have done to help eliminate the last hour rush.
Ok I’ve the manager is reading this I would love to speak to you about this today is 04/13/24 the is a African American women at the bar with long blonde dreads and red shirt just want to say she is a horrible horrible bartender I walk in there and there was not one person at the bar I thought that was strange but now I see it is probably because of her energy she is not polite or respectful she has no customer service skills honestly I’m so upset with her behavior. I don’t believe I would ever go back to Applebee’s. I left and went to Chillis I’m not sure her name how ever she is not personal at all first she is at the bar on the phone it takes her 16 mins to give me aMenu I literally timed it I was at don hollo the Mexican place upThe street before I came the Latina women bartenders was so respectful and polite how disappointing it was to come to apple bees and dealWith her after that I litter dat down only person at the bar!! I am the ONLY one people I said may I have a blue moon she did not respond.. ok maybe she didn’t here me right ?not a problem again I repeat may I have a beer don’t forget she is on the phone still having a full conversation she finally looks up at me and a very rude tone terrible facial expression and says you need to wait o have 3 people in front of you extreme attitude I Raj extremely rude and just not a polite bartender I told her never mind and left and went to Chili’s I am not at Chili’s and they are telling me she is always like this apparently she is famous I got a polite responses here and had my blue moon soon as I said don’t the experience I had with her really made me feel not ever to go back to Applebee’s again manager please have a conversation with her. She is a bad image for the brand she bad image for the brand I’m sorry I don’t typically even do reviews but that experience was terrible there is my blue moon at Chillis up the streeet
