Kas’ customer service was extremely nice and professional. A great change to some of what I had been used to at this location. A great step in the right direction. The wait time is expected on Fridays so great communication helps.

Me and my dad went in to get wings. Both ordered drinks and they didn’t give us our cups until the order was ready. I knew why at the time and it was confirmed by other reviews. These people are money hungry and GREEDY. $17 for 15 wings and they only give one small ranch. Then my dad got an earful about how “this isn’t your home this is a business” because I put a little more fruit punch in my drink that I paid $3 for. Wings are small and mid. Fries were over-seasoned and came in little bitty pieces. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.

Just tried to call in and make a order some girl on the phone with an attitude and she acts like she doesn’t want to work… she put me on hold for a whole 10 minutes then when I called back to try to talk to her, she just hurry up and put me on hold again. Never again I’m done with this restaurant I’m going to go somewhere else. I’m tired of the young people on the phone and in the store.

The wings wasn't too bad but definitely could have been better!! The lady at the counter was rude... I wanted two different wing flavors but she telling me no just get teriyaki... I just ignore it and paid. When I went to paid I used my old card I have saved on my android pay by mistake she made a slick comment saying oh no money today.. I ended up using the right card afterwards to pay for my food. I almost went somewhere else but after a 12 hour shift I was tired so I just paid and got my food... Food can be better and customer service definitely needs to be better!!

Fries were good. Wings were extremely small. One sauce tasted like it came from a bottle. Not really impressed by the food and I never leave negative reviews.
The crazy thing was the lady at the front register talks really fast and rushes you. I asked her if something was a Special for today (I asked that everywhere I go) and she said Yes, but read the menu to me. She grabbed my card out my hand to tap it on the card reader when I pulled it out. (Never saw that before) I chose to sit there and get some work done. They weren’t getting any business while I was there for about an hour.
People finally started to come in and I got up to top off my drink. She yelled over the customer who was ordering at me that my next refill was supposed to be .50 cent and pointed to her sign LOL (Very weird). I didn’t get the refill and wished her a good day as I left. I would not recommend given this establishment a dime of your money. After I left I realized that woman was watching me the entire I was there, but I thought it was just a coincidence, but no it was not. I thought it was weird that she gave me a cup after my food came out instead of immediately after ordering. She was all about money and not customer service. Very disappointed in her behavior to her only paying customer. Be blessed.
