Does anyone ever answer the phone? I’ve been trying to call to see if my tires came in for about 2 days with no answer!!!

You charge me a couple hundred a year for business membership. You have people in the store hounding you to sign up for their cell service, trying to get you to buy their bulk water for cooler, not enough people to keep the deli open at 6 pm. Then once I finally get my three shopping carts to the front of the store you have one freaking full service register going. I spent $1700 restocking my office and house with you all today. Then I get settled up and ready to go out the door and have to wait behind 10 people to get my receipt checked for the stuff I just paid for in site of the exit door. After all that I want to buy a drink from the vending machine and it’s broken.
Conyers you need to step it up.
I went to McDonough the other day and they had a cafe, every register opened and people on the floor to answer questions. From what I hear that is how every Costco is so I may just go there next time I’m up for renewal. PS I have been a BJs member since the first McDonough store y’all built 15+ years ago!

Waste of $25! Nobody was helpful, I had to ask five people one question and left with no answer. If I had time today, I would have got my $25 back but I don’t so I’m just going to say God bless. Don’t go to the location in McDonough. The gentleman at the front will even tell you that they are short staffed because everyone is quitting. I can see why. I wouldn’t want to work there either. This store will not last another 6 months.

10/13 I did my monthly shopping. Today 10/17 I opened an orange juice I purchased and found mold in the lid. I double checked some other items I'd purchased and a package of cheese tortellini was out of date as well (10/09/22) Called and couldn't get anyone at member services to answer.

BJs has great service and great prices. The people are nice, including the customers. I enjoy shopping at BJs, and I do most of my grocery shopping at the store. I have found great deals on large items, as well.

Go there and grab a box of that Sorbet, it comes in a box of 10 for 11.99. This is the best thing you've ever tasted.

Normally I'm pleased with my visits to this BJ's but NOT today!! Only ONE register open so people were having to use self checkout. Only ONE worker in self checkout area to address issues. If I must scan my merchandise, I either need to be PAID or my annual membership cost REDUCED. If I want to scan my merchandise, I can shop Kroger, Walmart, etc. Please schedule more cashiers instead of cutting costs by decreasing cashiers and causing members to use self checkout.

Ugh. Tried using the curbside pick up back at the beginning of covid last year. Had a bad experience. I tried to be understanding due to covid and brushed it off. Well almost a year later, I decided to try again. Nope

I arrived at 8am (senior opening time)to find a skid of Lysol spray and wipes. The prices are awesome.**One thing I do suggest is that more is put out at 9am for the non seniors.

I bought some Potato Salad and it is bad and they refused to take it back or swap it they are taking advantage of the Corona Virus .

Service is lacking in many areas. I may drop my membership. Also, BJ'S doesn't cater to my sister's needs. EBT isn't excepted for payment online. She's disabled and should be able to have ease with shopping by pickup. DISABLED PERSONS ARE DISCRIMINATED! They are the ones that NEED this service. I personally ordered items and my total was $80. I get to the store and BJ'S had a $2 bag of onions for me. THAT'S IT. it took them a week and a half to return the money. no one told me or notified me that it was the only item. I say don't offer the service if you can't offer it to everybody.
