Mostly use the drive thru in the morning. They are pretty efficient and keep the line moving. My only complaint is that they sometimes leave my egg off.of my biscuit but that's my fault as well for not checking it before driving away. Lol

As many restaurants are generally busy this one was no different. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is simply due to the amount of time I waited in line (including the wait time for me to place my order once I got to the order/menu board.

Only put 3 stars for service because the front counter lady had a bit of an attitude when condiments were requested. Also, the drive-through line took over 30 minutes to get through.
Never got to order. Stayed waiting to order for 15 minutes behind 2 cars. I pulled off. They had a car pulled up and 1 person at the window.

Again, the store is either understaffed or just very slack management as they said they didn’t have any Chicken so all of us cars were having to park and wait. No thank you I’m just gonna go down the road to the Bojangles that does service the customers as this one has went downhill so badly I can’t understand why the owners and the management team are not stepping up to the plate!
