I loved the chicken biscuit, the service was a little nonchalant, and the atmosphere was good I went through the drive-thru, so all in all I say a 5star

We eat here for breakfast multiple times a month because it's just down the street from our house. The staff is always super kind and the food is always super good. When it comes to you fast food, I feel like Bojangles tends to be more of a home style restaurant in a fast kind of way. Great location!

Good food, not lights out great for service but it's fast good can't hold them to it.
Enjoyed dealing with the young people who were working. When I got home and opened the containers however, it was a different story. I paid, I paid a lot, for 12 Chicken Supremes, but I only received 11. The coleslaw, for some reason, was only 3/4 full. The kiddos need to make sure that their quality control is on
My family and I did the drive thru.We got home started eating and came across this, bloody mess.The manager argued that no one has ever complained about his chicken and didn't see a problem.Sir, just refund my money and cook the damn chicken longer.That's all!

I've never been so angry, inconvenienced, and disrespected! I placed an order for a 20 piece w/2 mashed potatoes &gravy, Mac-n-cheese, fries, coleslaw & tea $57.75 (check 29343).
When I got home, the mac-n-cheese, fries, and coleslaw were missing. I contacted the MOD (Roderick). He said he would give 2 orders of chicken, missing sides, & biscuits for the inconvenience. I asked him to add a chicken breast, he agreed.
7 minutes later, I had a missed call. I called back, he told me he "looked at the camera in the store", and the sides were provided. I reiterated to him what was received & told him to review the camera again & restated my order. I then told him that the fact that he called me back to question the validity of my complaint & accuracy of my order was unacceptable. He then lied and tried to cover it up by saying "I was just trying to find out the time of your order". Straight lies!
Next, my friend went back to P/U the order. When she arrived, 30 minutes later, the incorrect chicken order, including the chicken breast was not here. She received 3 pieces of chicken & missing sides! NEVER should this happen! I expect to be fully reimbursed w/a call from the GM and I am posting this debacle on all forms of social media.
Do NOT patronize this location... ever!
