Bruster's Real Ice Cream

ordered chocolate turtles guess they don't make anymore they gave me chocolate ice cream again this time one scope pecans no caramel the rest was chocolate ice cream and thank goodness examining ice cream because of missing ingredients there was a staple in my ice cream smh if they don't make chocolate turtles anymore please tell us upfront

Night shift workers are very impolite. Watched as one worker gestured to a customer to come to the second window as there was a small line, as the man approached she closed the window in his face then proceeded to walk back to the window the man was previously at. Would not come at night.

Paid $20 2 Sundays. I was not amused and greatly disappointed by my portion size. I got a Turtle pecan Sunday (something like that).

The only location with nutty coconut. All other locations think that "Jamaican me crazy" is the chocolate version of nutty coconut. They are so wrong.

First of all this rating has nothing to do with my emotions, bottom line up front, service is below standards, the attendant took the order and made someone else's order who was behind me and my wife. I waited patiently and watched a male attempting to scoop vanilla ice cream from the bucket with little to no success. He went to another cooler and was able to scoop the ice cream but with much difficult. He had vanilla ice cream all over his hand with no gloves, or no hat or hair net. None of the attendants wore gloves, hats, or hairnet, all were too glamorous for the health best business practices, which I rated as unsatisfactory. Once we received the ice cream and tasted it, YUK! The ice cream taste very bland as it was diabetic ice cream. We ended up throwing it away and was very displeased, especially $12.00 + dollars we could have donated it to the homeless. The Conyers Brewsters was the go to place for great service and excellent ice cream, NOT Anymore! Don't waste your time by giving them money they do not deserve. I prefer putting the review here verses going to the Conyers Health Department and file a formal complaint. I hope Brewsters Ice cream get it together, as for now please don't waste your time and energy, protect it at all cost!

I had the white turtle ice cream in a waffle cone bowl 2 scoops and it was good as always. It was about 20 minutes or less to closing and the customer service was still amazing!

Absolutely love this place ! This Bruster’s has the BEST management it’s always clean, the service is great, the staff is friendly & the ice cream is amazing !
