Always a great place! Their "pup sundaes" are far better than the "pup cup." LOL

Great service and of course good ice cream!

The only location with nutty coconut. All other locations think that "Jamaican me crazy" is the chocolate version of nutty coconut. They are so wrong.

First of all this rating has nothing to do with my emotions, bottom line up front, service is below standards, the attendant took the order and made someone else's order who was behind me and my wife. I waited patiently and watched a male attempting to scoop vanilla ice cream from the bucket with little to no success. He went to another cooler and was able to scoop the ice cream but with much difficult. He had vanilla ice cream all over his hand with no gloves, or no hat or hair net. None of the attendants wore gloves, hats, or hairnet, all were too glamorous for the health best business practices, which I rated as unsatisfactory. Once we received the ice cream and tasted it, YUK! The ice cream taste very bland as it was diabetic ice cream. We ended up throwing it away and was very displeased, especially $12.00 + dollars we could have donated it to the homeless. The Conyers Brewsters was the go to place for great service and excellent ice cream, NOT Anymore! Don't waste your time by giving them money they do not deserve. I prefer putting the review here verses going to the Conyers Health Department and file a formal complaint. I hope Brewsters Ice cream get it together, as for now please don't waste your time and energy, protect it at all cost!

I had the white turtle ice cream in a waffle cone bowl 2 scoops and it was good as always. It was about 20 minutes or less to closing and the customer service was still amazing!

Absolutely love this place ! This Bruster’s has the BEST management it’s always clean, the service is great, the staff is friendly & the ice cream is amazing !

So let me start off by saying I am not one to leave a review and I clearly see how important reviews are to this company, but I was so disappointed in the employees tonight. I walked up, stood at the order side and waited, mind you I see 2 employees, one whose task I am guessing was to wipe down the Ice cream buckets yet on her phone, and the other with air pods in. So I wait, because I too work in the food industry and understand how rude and impatient customers can be. While I am waiting nobody is looking my way, so I knock on the glass part, still nothing. Knock again, the lady looks at me and waits for the other girl to come take my order, while she stays on her phone. Girl comes to take my order, doesn’t say anything not even a what can I get for you or how can I help you. Nothing, just looking. So I say “ Are you’ll closed” keep in mind it is 6:45 ish. She shakes her head no, then I proceed with my order and that was that. I am not sure how much these employees are getting paid but too much to not care about customers needs which is your job in this industry. I REALLY really hope management can find 2 new members to replace those cause customer service is top 1 priority.

Drove here at 10:30 to get some ice cream for the family and saw it was suppose to be open until 11. So I was like alright let's go get ice cream. Drove 15 mins away to come just for the lady to say they were 'closed'. Need to update online hours & also had just served a bunch of people right in front of us lol. as we were leaving they were serving ice cream still to that group of people ? update ya hours !

People are really nice and Ice cream comes really fast! The Ice Cream is super good for kids and adults so do recommend for kids! They deserve a better place but it’s not bad!

Ordered an order on grub hub I had to select what ice creams I wanted and what I didn’t want whets the purpose of this option is they gonna buy pass what the FK I ordered and make it how they want?!! Never again reading is fundamental… Make what your customers PAID for not what you want to make ! I want my money back!!!!!

I absolutely love this location. The service is always amazing and of course I love the ice cream. My godson likes to come here and get the dinosaur. My favorite is a waffle cone with three scoops. I switch up the flavors most times, but I usually get cookies n cream, pralines n cream, and mint chocolate cookie. This location is close to the highway and they have lots of parking. It’s easy to get in and out. The prices are on target for what they sell in this current market. I didn’t pay over $15 for both of our ice creams. I like how they still decorate the windows with the menu items. It’s classic, but makes it super easy to decide what you want. From what I could see through the window, the space was clean and O did see the employees washing their hands and also cleaning the scoopers. Ice cream is my favorite dessert, so I’ll be back again soon.
