Very unprofessional, I don’t know who is over this store. But my food was cold, how is your food cold after just being handed the food. Then the lil old white lady got smart with me because she or the people that work in that store are bad. lol

I’m TOTALLY disgusted with my order tonight and on top of the messed up order, they gave me someone else’s receipt!! I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss melt and received and burger full of onions and Swiss cheese, no mushrooms and the bread was soggy!! Then I ordered chicken sandwiches light mayo add cheese no lettuce and they only gave half a square of cheese and did not go light on the mayo. I’m pregnant and highly upset my dinner has been ruined!! I called the store twice and received no answer and couldn’t give feedback online due to the wrong receipt being given!! If I was pregnant and needing to rest, I would head straight back over there because this is ridiculous!! And when I have ordered extra cheese on my chicken sandwiches it comes with two slices of cheese folded in half not half of a slice placed on the middle of this long patty!! I will not be returning here!!

Im pregnant and was looking forward to eating a number 5 with cheese with of course the fries which are my favorite but after getting home and getting ready to eat I felt everything was cold my drive home was 4 minutes so my food shouldn’t have got cold that fast.. I’m so disappointed, the bun on my burger was stale and my fries were too which I was really looking forward to eating my fries, lettuce was soggy and it was just disgusting everything just didn’t look nor taste right from what I’ve gotten before of the same order . I wanted to try the frozen coke but when it was handed to me it didn’t look right and as I tried it, it tasted watered down. I tell the lady at the window it’s watered down and she tells me if she remakes it, it would taste the same!(I got another drink ) I think it shouldn’t have been sold and should’ve gave a warning before trying to sell an item that isn’t what it’s advertised as.
