I order Family bundle and they just give me a totally different and excuse said that is only online when in the app said redeem in store

I was denied a whopper at 10am. The lady at the drive thru said they are not offered until 10:30. They literally have a menu called burgers at breakfast for this exact reason. I’ve worked at Burger King multiple times starting when I was 16. This is literally what Burger King is famous for. This store is a joke.

stopped to get water to take my medication not for the food. didnt mind being charged 27 cent but to the parents of the girls working the drive thru who laughed as I looked for change ...you failed as parents and to the petty manager who hired these sad little girls and makes customers for tap water I feel sorry for your mother lol . like I only pulled up because BK never has a line

Excited for the ciniminis to be back so stopped for a pickup order. Had lovely service, fresh hot food, was a great experience compared to what I’m used to at the Burger King close to my house.

I order Impossible whopper and vampire nuggets. The nuggets were so old and hard. I should have checked them before I pulled off! My dog would eat them¡

Manager was rude when I asked him to cut the whopper in half, he said no you can cut it yourself and I give you a plastic knife. I had 8.00 dollars and I needed to half the burger with my son, who was hungry too. The Manager was not considering the customer service and I was making it personal and not working for Burger King and selling their products which is the food.. However I drove off, and went to Freddy and that was not a problem my son and I were able to eat. Bye Rude Nasty Manager ( blk man).. You need retraining and customer service 🙄

I recently went through the Burger King drive-thru, and the customer service was very disappointing. The young woman working the window never greets you, she just says the total and hands over the food. No smile, no “hello,” no “thank you.” They also never give you a receipt unless you specifically ask, which is frustrating. On top of that, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant but was given bacon instead. Honestly, maybe that’s why this location never seems busy whenever I drive by. A simple greeting, accuracy with orders, and basic courtesy like providing receipts could make a huge difference in customer experience.

I went to Burger King yesterday, September 1, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., through the drive-thru. Young man comes on the speaker to take my order. I wanted a #1 with cheese cut in half no salt on the fries with a sprite. Young man says we dont cut in half at this location. I said Excuse me, since when? He goes silent 🔕 My response: Ok, thank you. I'll go to Salem Road Burger King and get a #1 cut in half. I went to Burger King on Salem Road in Conyers very polite, cut my sandwich in half and food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Burger King Salem Road in Conyers. Because the people at Burger King on GA-138 in Conyers are rude and dont want to do their job. I needed the sandwich cut in half because of a procedure I had. So be nice to people. My first job was at Burger King, so I know you cut in half. I won't come back to this location again. First impression determines if a person will continue to spend money with you.
