This Burger King is absolutely HORRIBLE! Twice I have ordered food from here and BOTH times the food was cold, had wrong and missing items, or burnt. I only ordered a second time giving benefit of doubt. However I see this is the norm here. I will NOT be getting anything from this location again. Take out the 1st time, line was long so I pulled off and didn’t stick my hand in the bag to I was down the street. Food should not be cold minutes from leaving the drive through. My burger was burnt! Now how you burn it AND serve it cold??? The second time I got delivery. Food was cold and wrong. I live less than two miles away and the delivery driver picked up and came straight to me with my food. SMH! Do better. I’ll never know if you do though.

It's a fast food hamburger, so that's why no 5 star. But the hamburger and fries were hot, and it didn't have a stupid amount of mayo or ketchup. So I could eat it without wearing it. Plus the lady was very pleasant. Good job by all.

I ordered a Whopper with cheese, onion rings and a diet coke. The food was very good! I don't normally eat hamburgers but Burger king is my go to favorite when I do.

There is absolutely no reason it should take 30 minutes in a drive through when there’s only 3 cars.. your employees played in the kitchen the entire time. Hire new employees or close your location!

Store super slow and still wasn’t stocked up in the dining room I hate I stopped here. I should have followed my first mine and went to the one across from the hospital on Sigman. All restaurants on the Salem strip are trash!!
