Passing through Conyers tonight, I visited this BK during their dinner rush! I'm extremely impressed by the flow and efficiency of this location. It was obvious that they were short staffed, because there was a wait and the lobby was closed! The cashier, a young man who was extremely kind/apologetic, made it easy to forgive the wait! In all honesty, I've experienced longer waits at fully staffed fast food restaurants! Thanks to the awesome cashier who held it together so well, the manager who made my food, and the entire staff that did their best to work as quickly as possible to feed my family tonight!!

This is my third time going to Burger King and feeling like they’ve just been playing in my food. I specifically asked for extra onions, and yes, I got onions—but this is ridiculous. There were so many raw onions just thrown on top of the burger like someone was being petty. And to make matters worse, my husband—who didn’t ask for any onions—ended up with even more than me.
The sandwich looked messy, unappetizing, and rushed. Ketchup splattered, lettuce barely hanging on, tomatoes sliding around, and overall it felt like zero care was put into preparing our food. If I wanted to put the burger together myself, I could’ve stayed home.
Burger King, please do better. Paying customers deserve better than sloppy service and careless preparation
