Yesterday was a great experience 🙂 its starting to get better at this location, but the Hershey pies need to be in a colder refrigerator bc they be melted n warm and I just dispose of it so I dont get sick
Passing through Conyers tonight, I visited this BK during their dinner rush! I'm extremely impressed by the flow and efficiency of this location. It was obvious that they were short staffed, because there was a wait and the lobby was closed! The cashier, a young man who was extremely kind/apologetic, made it easy to forgive the wait! In all honesty, I've experienced longer waits at fully staffed fast food restaurants! Thanks to the awesome cashier who held it together...
Manager was super nice and handled each customer professionally and started my day off with positive vibes. I'm glad I went inside to the counter instead of drive thru. I did not catch her name but she works the morning shift. Keep up the great work and hospitality.
