Took my kids for breakfast before school pulled up to the drive through and I could hear the manager ranting through the speaker about how the customer before was upset because they didn't have coffee. I mean what restaurant runs out of coffee early in the morning anyways?? Then as I was trying to order the manager was yelling she seemed irritated and didn't even give me my total. When I asked for the manager she became even more irritated and said that she was the manager and her name was Denise. Wow!! Very very unprofessional. She then walked away from the windows amd instructed another employee to collect my payment and finish my order. When I asked for a receipt I was told no because they had no more receipt paper. Just a complete disappointment all the way around. Now I see why they barely get customers at this location. Ms. Denise needs more training on customer service skills. I will never give them my money again.

Horrible service I got in line at 2:38 didn’t get to the window until 2:56 people had already drove off because of the long wait time. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my order. Unacceptable service!!!

My husband went and grabbed us dinner from here. Food was fresh and hot! When I say even the French fries were good! The onion rings were crisped just right and the drink wasn't flat. And they were special ordered no onions on one and no mayo on the other. Yall were on point!! We will definitely be back

I’m reading these reviews and I can’t believe anyone would give this place 5 stars. The food was decent and the service was prompt. That’s why I give it 2 stars but they were out of everything. They were out of certain food items, condiments, utensils, even receipt paper.

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 woopers. 2 with extra onions and no lettuce and 1 with no tomatoes. It's sad that you can't even get 3 sandwiches right. This is probably the worst BK I have ever been to. Every time I go there my order is always wrong. I haven't never made a complaint until now. Of course no one answers the phone when you call up there. Y'all either need to just close down or hire all new help.

Gave her a code through drive through, she told me to pull around, and I didn’t have my fries. Came back, she said it didn’t go through, and told me I had to buy something again. Luckily, they just gave me my fries instead of trying to argue with me.

WHEN I ASK FOR EXTRA MAYO!! I mean EXTRA MAYONNAISE!!! This location NEVER gives me mayo on their dry hamburgers and never want to give you a receipt. Other locations doesn’t do this. DAME BURGER KING AND THEIR NO MAYO DRY WHOPPER SELVES!!!!

We eat here probably once a week. It is generally clean and the service is pretty good. They almost always get my order right But the shake machine is always broken of course
I had to pay for everything separately, which doesn't make no sense. If you are asking for the dragon meal, it should come with what you see on TV, but it doesn't. I had to go to the counter three times cause they didn't get my order right. The price is not worth it. This is crazyyyy. .

Decided to order on line. Got the items ordered and they were out of mozzarella sticks. Had to choose something else. It was less expensive but didn’t refund the difference. Got to the window and had to wait. Then pull around and wait. The app should have told me they were out of Mozzarella sticks. Simple order, shouldn’t have to wait. Food was so so. First time I have been there in a long time and it will be a long time before I return.

When I received my food, I was expecting them to hand it to me and said the lady threw my food on the countertop. Also, my daughter went up to the counter and asked for ketchup, and the lady threw the ketchup box on the countertop. I do not recommend coming here. Another thing is most of the employees just stand around.
