Every time I come by here to pick up something for my mom they never get it right, the young girls at the window acts like she’s too good to be working there. Every thing I ask for them NOT to do is done. It’s w been right the last few times so I’ll go to Salem rd from now on.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from this location. Lately, I've been having consistent issues my orders. Mainly with them not being made fresh. Therefore, I requested at the speaker, for my order to be made fresh, and they agreed. When I pulled up to the window, I was told to pull forward, and they would bring the order out. The manager brought the order out, and I requested that she wait while we checked the order. She immediately started walking away, and I yelled we needed zesty sauce back to her. Next, I see that my chicken sandwiches were put on Whopper buns. Totally ridiculous. Now an associate brings the zesty sauce, and I asked her why my sandwiches were on the wrong buns, and she just shrugs her shoulders. Therefore, I told her that I don't want the sandwiches, and have them manager come and speak with me. The manager never came to speak with me, nor get the sandwiches. Therefore, I placed a complaint through the app and told them that I want to be refunded for the sandwiches. The agent refused to issue the refund, and I will be placing a dispute with my card. They need to close, and move out of my neighborhood. The audacity of the manager to not communicate the issue, and ask if I would be satisfied with the change. She must have forgotten that I paid for that order. Therefore, CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!!!

Went here the other day to grab a quick burger for my daughter. When we pulled up the speaker, they asked us to hold on and we waited for 6 minutes before placing the order. Then, when we finally got to the window, the worker seemed annoyed that I was annoyed AND they messed up our order. We won't be going back

Took my kids for breakfast before school pulled up to the drive through and I could hear the manager ranting through the speaker about how the customer before was upset because they didn't have coffee. I mean what restaurant runs out of coffee early in the morning anyways?? Then as I was trying to order the manager was yelling she seemed irritated and didn't even give me my total. When I asked for the manager she became even more irritated and said that she was the manager and her name was Denise. Wow!! Very very unprofessional. She then walked away from the windows amd instructed another employee to collect my payment and finish my order. When I asked for a receipt I was told no because they had no more receipt paper. Just a complete disappointment all the way around. Now I see why they barely get customers at this location. Ms. Denise needs more training on customer service skills. I will never give them my money again.

Horrible service I got in line at 2:38 didn’t get to the window until 2:56 people had already drove off because of the long wait time. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my order. Unacceptable service!!!

My husband went and grabbed us dinner from here. Food was fresh and hot! When I say even the French fries were good! The onion rings were crisped just right and the drink wasn't flat. And they were special ordered no onions on one and no mayo on the other. Yall were on point!! We will definitely be back

I’m reading these reviews and I can’t believe anyone would give this place 5 stars. The food was decent and the service was prompt. That’s why I give it 2 stars but they were out of everything. They were out of certain food items, condiments, utensils, even receipt paper.

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 woopers. 2 with extra onions and no lettuce and 1 with no tomatoes. It's sad that you can't even get 3 sandwiches right. This is probably the worst BK I have ever been to. Every time I go there my order is always wrong. I haven't never made a complaint until now. Of course no one answers the phone when you call up there. Y'all either need to just close down or hire all new help.
