I had to pay for everything separately, which doesn't make no sense. If you are asking for the dragon meal, it should come with what you see on TV, but it doesn't. I had to go to the counter three times cause they didn't get my order right. The price is not worth it. This is crazyyyy. .

Decided to order on line. Got the items ordered and they were out of mozzarella sticks. Had to choose something else. It was less expensive but didn’t refund the difference. Got to the window and had to wait. Then pull around and wait. The app should have told me they were out of Mozzarella sticks. Simple order, shouldn’t have to wait. Food was so so. First time I have been there in a long time and it will be a long time before I return.

When I received my food, I was expecting them to hand it to me and said the lady threw my food on the countertop. Also, my daughter went up to the counter and asked for ketchup, and the lady threw the ketchup box on the countertop. I do not recommend coming here. Another thing is most of the employees just stand around.

I stop here occasionally because it's on my way home from work and easy, but I really should stop, because I swear 80% of the time my order is wrong. Don't know if they're using crappy AI to take orders or if they just have selective hearing, but I'm getting real tired of it.

Went thru the drive thru and got a chicken biscuit meal yesterday. I go today an order it then have French toast sticks? I go in the menu inside has French toast sticks as #4. Get your menus right!! The lady said they no longer serve chicken biscuit, the same lady told me the same thing last weekend but I literally got it yesterday. I won’t be back and I was a regular. The lady that told me that maybe should try to be a little polite, I was nice and she was rude and very unprofessional. If you stop selling something, take it off the drive thru menu. Do better, Burger King
