The fries were fried twice I'm pretty sure bc they were hard as a rock, couldn't eat them. Everything else was great! I just wish they didn't cut the fish portions in half compared to what they used to be. The food is usually always good tho.

This was my first time with my disabled wife and son at a captain d and it was horrible we ordered our meals and was promised twice that it was coming and we waited 1 hour and still nothing the time of the receipt was when we asked for hour refund we waited for hour car to get fixed and we got the car before we got our food highly upset but didn’t show it at the counter worse experience at a fast food joint never will goto captain d again like the restaurant was empty

Ordered the seafood feast that comes with 12ct fish 12ct shrimp ans 3 stuffed crabs all I got was the fish and only 1 of my sides
The food was cold, and some of it was missing. Drink not included. I had the combination fish plate, and not all was on it. It was supposed to be. I am not going back.

This was by far the best location. I’ve been to a few that were kinda scary, lol. Food was on point. I came here multiple times and they’re very consistent of giving great quality and service. And the supervisor, is extremely cool. The one minor mistake on my meal he fixed without an issue and went beyond to make the experience great. Great location, great food, great service.
