went today for lunch and the cashier was not friendly at all i just got off work and just got up to get lunch for me and my girls and she was young with glasses i ordered a kids meal for my daughter i forgot to ask for ice cream she get and won’t even give it to me like im homeless person she don’t wanna be bothered with Your sister the manager came and asked did i need help i said yes im waiting on my ice cream she went and tried to hand it to manger instead of just giving to me and instead of giving me my receipt she put in drink holder i never met this chick before i dnt know why i was treated like that and my sandwich was ice cold the second one was no better and i ordered my daughter a spicy chicken sandwich she got regular this was the worst experience i had there . i wasted my money and the don t like making stuff right.

Customer Service is extremely poor at this location. They're still in business simply because of the volume of customers they get and certainly not due to Customer Service because they have nil, nada, none!

Chick-fil-A is normally quick with service. I came on a Saturday night at 6 PM (understandably busy, and my first time at this location). But I sat as the front person in the mobile thru line for over 10 minutes, waiting on ONLY an ice dream come. They asked me for the name of my order 3 separate times, and they brought two other orders to my car that I declined since they weren’t mine. They had a ton of staff inside (I saw at least 8 people near the drive thru door), so I can’t figure out the confusion and slow service.

Chick fila has been known for excellent customer service. This location is typically good getting you through drive thru quick but this particular day it was not so good. We had our order but had to sit behind some cars that had not received their order for awhile. Come on Chick-fil-A don't get like the sorry slow motion other fast food spots!

I placed an order through dive through order number ,time of order is 4:12 pm. When I arrive home I found I am missing a spice chicken sandwich and a number 1 sandwich and the salad dressing. I called the customer service over the phone they send they will send refund over the email in 2 days or I can go the restaurant to get the missing food. I went to restaurant the manager said the cannot give the food because I don't have the rest of the food me. this about 5:12 pm almost one hour after the initial order. As if I am trying to steel some few Dollars of food. This is worst customer service I have ever had in a restaurant. it the mistake of your employee who gave the order with missing food. I have wasted my time going back and forth to the store. instead of giving my food or immediate refund. I feel like I am treated like a homeless person who is begging for food.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT.

Had to go through the line a couple time because the QR code wasn’t going through and the team members told me to keep trying while the app said to notify a team member. I was finally told to park while my food was being prepared, not only did I wait over 30 minutes but they also forgot parts of my order. I am very disappointed with the service.

I had to update my review as this location has gotten better. Management still could use improvement compared to other locations but staff, services, and food getting orders right have improved. All I can say is I've been here for over a decade. I did not think it was possible but this place is worse. STAFF taking orders is fine. The ones getting out. FAILED ME MISERABLY RECENTLY NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Either don't go and drive further to Salem Road or ask and I'll let you know what to expect. THUMBS DOWN

Parking: I just got home from there. I had to pull over and wait 5 minutes for them to finish. Making me a gallon of sweet tea in which they brought to me dripping all over and down my arm on my clothes and it's currently now on the leather interior of my Lexus. And I told her I hoped it was water before. I realized it was so sticky and obviously t. And she's 7 and walked off. Didn't apologize. Didn't ask if I need napkins. Literally a mess on me and my car stickiness everywhere no apologies. The time before that they asked me to pull up so they could keep the line moving into a certain spot. And they left me there for 30 minutes. I had a puppy in the car with me and could not get out and go in. I ended up with a parking lot full of people having to blow my horn. And yell at them that I have been there for 30 minutes and I was leaving. They finally apologized and said they forgot about me.And that was it no accommodations?No for a sandwich cards.Nothi will not be going back to this one again. It is almost like it's gotten worse since the move from the other building a couple of buildings down. Obviously the manager is still not managering.
