Used to come here often, visited this location today and I understand ppl change but the service shouldn’t. Bartender made me a frozen drink I told him it tasted funny he said “funny like what?” I said it has an after taste. Then proceeded to tell me he would make me another one but he has to charge me again…. I took a sip of the drink. Okay fine. He made the next one and its probably worse than the first one. I calmly ask for the manager and he takes $10 off my bill. Never coming here again.

Great place for a good lunch. Always great service and good food. Only complaint was a bit of a stitch in the bar area last time we were there. Seems they had some beer that leaked and it soured behind the machines in the bar area. Our waitress went and got some cleaning product and splashed it around to mask the smell while we ate. Smelled cleaner and had to applaud her for her efforts.

Heather, or bartender was great! Malcom, the manager, brought our food out and checked on us. The food was hot and delicious. Good food, great service and attentive... what more could you ask for?

Update: I came in 7/13/25 at 9:15p after not stepping foot in this place for 3 years figured it might be better with time. Man was I wrong, I ordered a couple sliders and fries before my movie start at 10p. I specifically told my waiter all the way no bacon and well done. It came out medium with chopped bacon bits no lettuce or tomatoes or condiments. I was hungry and distracted so I took a bite before I realized it. I instantly threw up the pork in the bathroom and cashed out. I used to believe in 2nd chances but not anymore. I’m also gonna keep my original review up so every one will be aware the service sucks. (Original review) Came in 7:46pm 5/19/22 ordered a house 🥗 They were only taking cash, no 💳 so no problem 😉 There were only 4 customers including me at the bar Mind you, all I ordered was a plain 🥗 8:36pm it arrives with nothing to eat it with I waited 10 more mins nobody came back Nevertheless I will never 👎🏾 Ever step foot in Applebees again.
