The Atmosphere was the best thing going about this place & location. We didn’t get to get our food because we left. The kitchen couldn’t understand what was wanted. The poor sweet waitress was so busy that she couldn’t focus enough to get the order right. She went to asked the kitchen & had put the order in, but before she could drop by to tell us yes or no she was being called by a table that had their full order already & then took 3 orders around us before we found out what was we were getting. We just left. They need help, she was trying her best & was very sweet but the service was too slow overall. I mean the manager should’ve stepped in to help. That’s what they are there for to make sure things are running smoothly.

I am a regular at Chili's but customer service at this location was pretty bad that night. I placed an order to go and there were sides missing, so the guy came to my table and went through my bags as if I was just trying to get extra food. I'm not sure that I've ever been so insulted. At that point my husband and I left. The street corn was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes. I was later disappointed to find a small stick in the bottom of the container with the potatoes. The young man did seem to be a kind heart, I believe he didn't know how to handle the situation with proper etiquette.

Maybe we went on a busy weekend 3/1/2025. The manger was very rude and loud and going back and forward with a customer in a management position. Until I told her ma'am I am not talking to you. I am having a conversation with my daughter. The look she had on her face could of cut me in pieces. Crysthia however you spell her name. The manger need some more training. My sister steak had to be sent back because it was red on the inside an she asked for well done. Not only that the two sliders had ranch on them and it didn't suppose. All of these things was asked placing the order. The guy they had to bring the food couldn't even hear or understand what he was saying. I will not return to this location but I will visit another location. I love being a mystery shopper.

My wife and I are huge fans of Chili's. It's pretty sad that when we left, we made a comment about *should've went to Applebees* REFERENCE - I CANT STAND APPLEBEES. We were greeted and the hostess was great, young man came to our table said he was the server and we thought he was great at start. That was the ONLY time we saw him until we were ready to leave. *Customer server slacked on this individual *We had better service from the two associates that dropped off our fajitas. *Serving the customer you need yo be preset. It wasn't busy, He could have been a little more helpful.

I usually love Chili’s, but this experience was disappointing. The bartender was extremely rude and judgmental from the start. It was difficult to even place an order because she barely wanted to interact with us.
When our food arrived, my meal was completely ice cold. She didn’t bother asking if I wanted it remade—just took it back and returned with the same plate, only slightly warmed up. That’s unacceptable.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Chili’s. I hope management addresses these issues because this location needs serious improvement.

yesterday evening my daughter asked me to take to use her gift card so she can get her favorite meal . so we go up there and the host thought we with other people so she kept skipping us me and my two daughters so i moved away from those people she still kept skipping us . then she said oh i thought yall was with them .she never asked then we finally got seated and we get a bubbly young man to our table fine then he asked us what we wanted to drink and my daughter order her . food me and my other daughter ordered drinks lemonades he say oh all y’all came out just she can eat well she is a minor and when you get the food to go it’s trash so yes she wanted to seat down and eat her food there . and his dumb sarcasm was not welcomed so just keep that to your self. i did buy something i could just got water or nothing i would nt wanna get seated in his section again . and my to go order was cold too not good experience at all do better we pay money for fresh hot food .

they deleted my previous review. they’re filthy, restaurant filthy, i received my blondie with ketchup and lettuce on the lid of my icing after not receiving my icing. the employees bring their kids to work and let the run and around with no shoes off, no wonder its a mess. i requested a refund left with no food, left on hold while waiting for that refund days later, 0/10 dont recommend! offer carside but dont utilize carside. i can go on, and will leave a review everyday if i must. Evonna youre a horrible manager.

The quality of the food has really gone down hill from what it used to be. My family I dined in, arrived about 9, not crowded at all and you would think that the food would come out piping hot. I ended up having to send my food back to be remade and it still came out just the same. Lukewarm food and somewhat over salted. With the limited restaurants we have in the area, this used to be a great go to. Very disappointed.

I’m giving 4 stars on the food and the service. My husband and son enjoyed their food, but my steak from the surf and turf I ordered last night on 12/21/24 was well done. It was not medium well that I asked for tough and dry and no refills either but we still tipped.

My margarita was a glass of juice that's the first time I've been to Chili's in Conyers Georgia usually the margarita glasses kind of small this class is very big with a lot of ice no liquor only took one taste I told the waiter I didn't want it other than that the service is great and the food was good but my drink is a big part of my nails so maybe they need either a new bartender or they conserving on a liquor thank you so much
