Maybe we went on a busy weekend 3/1/2025. The manger was very rude and loud and going back and forward with a customer in a management position. Until I told her ma'am I am not talking to you. I am having a conversation with my daughter. The look she had on her face could of cut me in pieces. Crysthia however you spell her name. The manger need some more training. My sister steak had to be sent back because it was red on the inside an she asked for well done. Not only that...
The quality of the food has really gone down hill from what it used to be. My family I dined in, arrived about 9, not crowded at all and you would think that the food would come out piping hot. I ended up having to send my food back to be remade and it still came out just the same. Lukewarm food and somewhat over salted. With the limited restaurants we have in the area, this used to be a great go to. Very disappointed.
I’m giving 4 stars on the food and the service. My husband and son enjoyed their food, but my steak from the surf and turf I ordered last night on 12/21/24 was well done. It was not medium well that I asked for tough and dry and no refills either but we still tipped.
