I kid you not when I got the call to.pick.up.food and I arrived at the restaurant..I.FELT INVISIBLE, ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.OF.ME. THERE UNTIL. 6 MINUTES.WHILE WAITING THERE.OOPS.DID I RUIN IT THEY MEANING THE EMPLOYEES WHERE ZEROED EXCLUSIVELY IN ON MAKING FOOD FOR ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES,4 PEOPLE THERE AND THREE WHO WERE FRONT LINES WAS COZYING UP TO THIS EMPLOYEE SLOWLY MAKING HER FOOD, WHILE ME WHOM IS CORPORATE AND MAKING A DELIVERY TO SOME ONE WHO PAYED OR PREPAYED FOR THEIR FOOD BEFORE HAND WAS SECOND FIDDLE. HOW DARE THEY TREAT THEIR GUEST.CLIENTALE, uberrEats,Doordashers like that. SO SAD A LOCATION THAT JUST.OPENED 6.Months ago need to retrain their.employees.for BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

It's always busy here but never had a bad experience.
While the food was overall ok, the service person who started the line was a bit short and not very kind or personable. I know it was busy, but to see her rush and talk over person after person seemed unnecessary. Also, my vinaigrette was basically empty as was my chip bag (pictured below). I’m not sure what was going on, but I hope they’re able to get it together soon.

I guess there's a first time for everything. There was nothing good about my meal. Well maybe the green vegetables. The chicken, black beans, brown rice, sauteed bell peppers, guacamole and sour cream were the worst ever from the Conyers Hwy 138.

Luckily I was hungry and I wanted the chipotle. I never seen a chipotle with food all over the counter as they did last night.Made the place look dirty. Yes I still order my burrito lol. I order steak burrito and every few bites it was fat on the meat. I normally get chicken but it looked dry so I went with juicy looking ? lol and got what I got. The lady was rubbing her gloves all over the counter top so I asked her to change her gloves she wasn’t happy about it but she did do it anyways thanks. And than I get home and notice I paid for my chips and dip, got chips but no dip. Wwwwwoooowww crazy
