I came in today I order a chicken bowl with steak. I was charge extra steak $5.60 when I didn’t get a lot of steak in the bowl. My total was $18.30 that doesn’t make any sense. So I decide to check online it was a different price.

I placed an order with Uber Eats which is something I never do but received a virtual gift card and decided to use Uber Eats. My order was not at all what was entered online! I asked for chicken and steak received only steak, almost no black beans, no tomato salsa and the smallest amount of rice. My order was $34 with the Uber Eats fees and it was not what I ordered at all. Chipotle was my go to place but I think it’s time to go elsewhere!

There was a young man with dreadlocks who was extremely rude, and I was polite when I asked for the toppings on my bowl when I told him the things that I wanted on the side, he said OK what else on the bowl and was basically rushing me and then when I asked for extra cheese, he said it cost for extra cheese I can’t give you extra cheese and I said well what do you mean? He said y’all are killing our stock I can’t give you extra cheese its a charge. I asked when did that start ? And how much? He said $1.25 I said don’t worry about it it’s okay. I always get extra cheese and if there was a charge that’s fine but to tell your patrons “we killing your stock!?” And he had an attitude and was mumbling things under his breath. How about I don’t dine at all?? Why was this young man working the front of the line with no customer service skills. Maybe it’s the unprofessionals that work the evening time because when I come during the day I don’t have any issues. But don’t worry about it, I won’t be returning. The way the climate is in society the last thing you want is to lose business and yall lost me today.

I just came from there about an hour ago. They was basically running out of everything. The staff here is terrible and the leadership is probably worst. Don't put people in your establishment the one dont want to work. And secondly are disrespectful. I wouldn't come to work if I didn't like my job. Let's do better!

I made the mistake of visiting this location this evening for dinner. Only to find out, the employees that assist with making your food are trained to give you a boat load of rice and beans but only a teaspoon of meat. And then have the nerve to ask if you want double for an extra charge.
I find this to be a rip off to paying customers as well as bad shady business practices.
Staff members give the customer a teaspoon of meat on purpose, in order to make your profit at the end of closing by charging extra for the meat.
This was my first and last time patronizing this location.

I Come To This Chipotle Often And My Last Experience Makes Me Not Want To Return. When i got there a girl started making my tacos , but then a guy with dread locks & a piercing in his face came in and they switched spots as soon as she started making my food. So my tacos with the rice on them are just sitting there while they switch out, i was being patient until i realized a few minutes went by and they werent doing anything but laughing and talking so i politely asked if someone could come finish my food so i can return back to work. Well the guy with the dreads and piercing finally came to finish my food but he clearly had a attitude because i asked if aomeone could come finish my food so i can go. He Started literally throwing the toppings on my tacos very aggressively and messy so i asked for the manager the manager that came over had red braids she looked a but young but i explained to her how her employee was throwing my toppings on my tacos very aggressively and she agreed “yea it looks throwed on. Ill remake it” and as shes remaking it her and the employee are smirking and laughing and whispering and i felt that to be very unprofessional being that injust explained to you how he was acting. I didnt get a apology or anything. All i got was laughed and smirked at and as a manager that was very wrong & unprofessional to laugh with him right in my face after his actions. I domt think i will return if this is the service thats being given with no consequences.

The Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl was good. Pricey, but good. Nothing overly good that stood out to make it great, but a solid 8.5 out of 10. I do recommend you educate your food line servers to STOP FAT PORTIONING! I'm a big guy (6'0 315 lbs). Even though I can't eat a lot in one sitting (because of weight loss surgery reasons), what I buy one day will be my lunch, and dinner the next day. The young lady before me was thin build , and the line server loaded up her bowl to over capacity with steak, and other fixings. He skimped my orders to where I literally had to make him fix my entire right. The other line worker apologized, and correctly made our bowls. I told her to not overload our orders to accommodate for his error. But, it make me wonder do restaurants still do this as a normal business practice, or was it a personal server occurrence...

Not going back. This place is the filthiest restraunt I've ever been in. It looks like they have not cleaned the tables or the floors in weeks. Even the soda machine is grimy. The upholstery is falling of the seats. The employees are so apathetic I'm worried that they've lost the will to live. I kept wondering if the people that own this place have ever been in it.

Ignored at the counter took 10 minutes to be waited on. Servers to busy chatting. We were only ones waiting to be served restaurant was dirty. When refilling serve container new was put on top of old who knows how old the stuff on the bottom was. Staff was disinterest seemed like a bother for them do do thier jobs. I don't know how they received a 100 on thier health score. Won't be back again.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your chipotle on Hwy 138. While the food was very good, the customer service was unacceptable. The manager on duty had an unprofessional attitude — she was on her phone for most of my visit, using inappropriate language, and appeared disengaged from her responsibilities. The way she spoke to her staff was rude and disrespectful, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Additionally, the store was not well-maintained. There were no napkins or utensils available, the fountain drink area had a strong odor, and the trash bins were overflowing. I attempted to contact a different manager to discuss my concerns, but no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with the same female manager at this location. I won’t be returning to this location again.
