On Oct 1, 2025 is the first and last time I use online service. I asked for my pickup to be ready at 6:00 pm. I walked through the door at 6:00 on the dot. There was another person ahead of me waiting for their order. I asked how long they had been waiting she gave her name and no one bothered to look for her dish. So I walked up to the counter hoping to be acknowledged and was ignored. Then the young lady asked us both our names 7 minutes after we had been standing there....

The employees don’t listen. They fix the food sloppily. Nobody seemed to want to be there, including the manager. It took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to order. Don’t go here on your lunch break or you’ll be late getting back.

I usually do not have a problem when I go to Conyers location, it usually works for me, even though I have one closer to my home. But this time 2 things, they forgot to put my chips in the bag & I had to eat my guacamole without them. I have been calling several times throughout the day since Monday & still no answer. The 2nd thing is the counter where they make the food was dirty with lettuce & other veggies.
I asked nicely if they could please wipe down...
