This is the SLOWEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not a single employee moves with a sense of urgency or care for the customers or food. EVERYTIME I come whether I order ahead or not I’m waiting at least 30 minutes

First time visiting this location and while I was satisfied with the atmosphere and customer service the food portions were very skimpy and because the manager was standing, hovering over the workers shoulders I didn’t feel comfortable asking why. I’ve been to chipotles just about everywhere and never had this kind of experience. Won’t be going back there again.

LOVE this new location on Salem Rd. Destiny was amazing , and very helpful. LOVED her attitude. LOVED the atmosphere, the employees. Everything overall was amazing. definitely a 10/10. DEFINITELY coming back ! food was DELICIOUS. recommending to family and friends.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been in. It's October 25, 2025 at 10:11pm and they don't close til 11pm but they have everything broken down already. The Hispanic girl is layering the bowls wrong. Who put sour cream on top of queso? They should shut this location down because they are going to get someone sick. Location looks totally unsanitary. Corporate step in immediately!!!!!

I live 3 minutes away and was excited when they opened. Horrible food and was highly disappointed! I will continue to drive to Hwy 138. Please replace with a Wing spot!!! This location will not last!

If I could give no stars I would! I had a burger on the inside of my chip bag! I was soo pissed I threw it all away and went to bed! I was already skeptical about this place when the girl who gave me my food touched my phone, the computer ,window and then fixed the food with the same gloves on! I will never ever ever go bk! They need to close and reopen!
