I’m in line and the manager can not work the register. I ordered a wine and he can’t ring it up. This is a mess. No good customer service. They get a 1 Star today. Maybe next time.

It was so cold weather couldn't have fun for my grandson birthday party. I order so wine and the young lady throw away my cup when she clean up the table we were sitting at while I was talking to my daughter. It truly expensive so plan accordingly.

Not enough eating space, each space is too close to each other. The salad bar was very nasty. That area need to be kept clean at all times. The inside of Chuck E Cheese is beautiful but tiny. It should have been designed larger. The Chuck E in the costume was to skinny. Thank you.

Save your money or go elsewhere. I attended a bday party there. The managers attitude was low vibrational & rude! He literally came out yelling & threatening to call the police in front of anyone if the tab wasn't paid immediately. I had just walked in to the party. It was extremely Unprofessional Anthony how you communicated & tried to embarrass the party i came to celebrate a 2yr was NOT OK.

Anthony the assistant manager was unbelievably disrespectful to my party. We moved tables because our party ran a little over time , which we didn’t have a problem with. Once we moved they handed us a receipt & told us to pay upon leaving the building. Unfortunately after moving anthony came to my group & shouted that we had to pay our tabs after our party ended or he was going to call the police. It was very unnecessary & made us all uneasy. We weren’t leaving & a simple conversation with the host of the party could have gotten the tab paid. Overall the location & the younger staff was hospitable, but anthony’s behavior was very distasteful.

Started coming here after seeing an advertisement about the monthly packages and it’s been great since. The young gentleman Eric is usually here and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is great even though they are usually a bit understaffed and busy juggling 10 things at once. Will keep recommending this location.

We came here for a birthday party and this was probably one of the worst Chuck E Cheese’s we been to. Half of the games do not work, the wings were nasty and the two girls at the prize counter were not friendly and barely wanted to answer questions.

We had an early morning birthday party and the manager Drew was so accommodating, friendly and professional. The staff was also extra helpful and were constantly cleaning and assisting customers with the same level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend this location.
I tried 2x to enjoy this location. No A/C or something, it is so hot. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service the young MEN WERE horrible. Every single last one from entry to exit. More than half the games do NOT work so the tickets are pointless. Honestly, at this point close this location. Get new management or something. It was a waste of money. If I could do a negative 100 I would.
