We came here for a birthday party and this was probably one of the worst Chuck E Cheese’s we been to. Half of the games do not work, the wings were nasty and the two girls at the prize counter were not friendly and barely wanted to answer questions.

We had an early morning birthday party and the manager Drew was so accommodating, friendly and professional. The staff was also extra helpful and were constantly cleaning and assisting customers with the same level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend this location.
I tried 2x to enjoy this location. No A/C or something, it is so hot. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service the young MEN WERE horrible. Every single last one from entry to exit. More than half the games do NOT work so the tickets are pointless. Honestly, at this point close this location. Get new management or something. It was a waste of money. If I could do a negative 100 I would.

The atmosphere and the pizza was excellent but the wings not good. They were soft and mushy.
Everything was awesome, except the room temperature. I think the heat was turned roast!

Not going to this location anymore. The guy stamping your hand wouldn’t even respond when we asked him a question. Seemed like he doesn’t know how to speak or answer a simple question. We got to where you order and the lady there didn’t even greet us and was very dry; she looked annoyed. We just ended up walking out.!

This is the first time I’ve set foot inside a Chuck E Cheese in 15 years. It’s a lot cleaner and brighter than it used to be to be. Food is the same but young children don’t seem to care.
Food was surprisingly good (though a little tax, $20 for 10 wings, no side, is crazy. The things we tolerate for the kiddos). I love that the manager assisted in entertaining the kids.

I paid to eat salad and instead of putting cucumber in the vegetables they put squash, and the grapes were rotten.
