Ice cream was great! Service was great. Table could have been a bit cleaner though.

This was my first time going to cold stone creamery in Conyers and it will be the last. I told the woman working this day that it was my first time there, and you would think she would have been a patient,but no. The woman making the ice cream was very rude and had a nasty attitude from the start and didn't even make my ice cream right. She completely forgot my toppings that were supposed to come with the cookie minster it was pretty much just vanilla ice cream.

A staff member stopped working on orders and held a 20 minute conversation with 2 ladies. A guy was at the register and she ignored him while she continued with her conversation. Other people in line stated how rude she was knowing the line was at the door. A customer had to approach her in order for her to continue working. Don’t know her name but she had dreadlocks. She was very rude.

Horrible Service! A young lady by the name of Phoenix was talking to people as the line was wrapped outside. People waiting to get their ice cream fixed and cashed out and she still proceed to talk to the people.

Twice in one week, I’ve experienced exceptional customer service from a young adult and I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. This young lady at Cold Stone (Conyers) by the name of Arielle ( not sure if correct spelling) had a long line of customers with just her assisting in our orders. When I say she was patient, personable, polite and quick!!!!! She was on top of her game this day and I commend her tremendously bc nowadays it is very hard to receive this level of customer service coming from our young people. Thank you for showing up and showing out for my family. Continue letting your light shine bright bc you never know who’s day you’re brightening bc it definitely shined light on my day.

Ordered a cake and a pie (different flavors, toppings, etc) for my son’s bday just to offer a variety both were absolutely perfect. Rave reviews from all the guests. Thank you! Also everything was ready at the requested pick up time.

Stopped by at 12:09pm and the door was locked, with a staff member inside looking like she’s setting up. Walked around to other stores nearby and came back at 12:20pm and still doors locked. Staff inside walked to the back and never acknowledged my presence at the door. If the sign on the door says open at 12noon, then I don’t see what the problem is…….

First visit in the 30 years we’ve lived in Conyers. Wife wanted a chocolate shake. Lady said nope, blenders broken. We left. But like there is a Best Buy right next door, and you couldn’t buy a new blender?

There was one worker holding down the fort all by herself; yet she was polite and professional. Had to tip her.

I had an outstanding experience at this location, and I want to give a special shout-out to Imani for providing exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm. Her polite and upbeat attitude made me feel truly valued as a customer. She took the time to thank me for my purchase, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Haven't Been Here In A Couple Years, 2nd Time Back And Let Me Tell Y'all. The Vibe And Service Was On Point. Imani Is That Girl! She Definitely Loves Her Job. She Should Definitely Be In Management No Lie!

It is New Years eve and I called beforehand for the closing time and was told 7pm. Drove half an hour to the location and at 6:18pm the doors were closed and the workers were cleaning up. That's total disregard for customers' time and no adherence to specified closing time.

The food was good but the customer service is beyond slow. There was no where to sit because the employees had stacked all the chairs along the wall to make it as unwelcoming to stay as possible.

The service here is absolutely ridiculous it took us 45 minutes to get a milkshake AFTER ordering it and not because it’s busy but because everyone’s wondering around like they have no clue what’s going on. The first strawberry milkshake we got was pretty much just milk and when I asked for whip cream he squirted the smallest squirt on the straw and handed it back to me I was flabbergasted to say the least lol I asked for it to be remade which took some time then they made our coffee Oreo milkshake without any Oreos and again it was pretty much just milk no shake consistently at all. 0 stars will never come back.

Came here 7:55pm and the doors were locked and they were cleaning up waving that they were closed. Store is supposed to close at 9pm I guess they close when they feel like it smh
