Was there Saturday November 5th for birthday gathering …our server Ashley did a fabulous job considering it was 17 of us …the owner/manager was very rude and belligerent When he insinuated one of my guest did not want to pay for a 10.00 burrito that did not come with the sides …even insinuated we were threatening him all in the presence of my 95 year old mother and Matriac of our family …owner/manager told my guest he ate the item and was gonna pay for it which was never the problem guest was only telling the owner he never received his full meal ….owner did not offer to correct the problem only had the unprofessional audacity to insinuate we were trying to get out of paying a measly 10.00!when we spent $100’s of dollars on food and drinks and well tipped our server beyond the amount that was already added to our bill… I think the owner was rude and very unprofessional

So many good things I can say about Cozmuel! I love this place! We are in here at least 3 times a week lol it’s like family to use! Chuy is an amazing business owner! kodi, Kevin, & Jo are awesome bartenders & friends! Great food! If you haven’t tried them yet you need too!

Foods no better or different from any other mexican spot. Just typical really. I only go here and ONLY here for my Mexican food because they hire all types of people from our community. THAT'S what puts them above the others.
If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The night started off ok. Our waitress was new and management gave her a large party of 20 people. When our food came out, she didn’t know who ordered what. People were given the wrong meal. It took our waitress 30 minutes to print our checks, then she returned to the table with another associate to re-write what everyone ordered and then went back to print receipts for another 30 minutes. I ordered shrimp nachos to go after we finished eating, not know it was going to take an hour to get our checks. My nachos were soggy and I asked the manager if they would remake them due to THEIR employee taking forever to print our checks. He refused to remake them or take them off the check because I ordered them to go, while sitting and waiting. This is poor customer service. I will NOT return to this location and if anyone is looking for great service, don’t go here.
